Hey guys?..i waited in line for 30 minutes before we could order. We waited so long that my friend bought a surprise box at... walmart and opened in the car. 3 words can describe this experience: disrespectful, hurtful, uncivil. This is ridiculous. I would give them a zero rating based on my last visit. The advertised prices posted on the drive-through order menu are... different from what you're actually charged which is much higher. When I called the manager's attention to it and asked for theadvertised price they refused to continue my order or give me any service. They apparently raised all their prices but failedto correct their advertised signs I was told and no they would not honor the posted price list. I was courteous and respectfulin my interaction with them so there was no reason for the manager to be rude and disrespectful then refusing to take my order. I had to ask several times if I could continue my order because they kept cutting me off, then they refused me any service. Allof this just because I called attention to their advertised price differences which I was going to pay anyway. They lost aregular customer. If you go there to eat expect to pay a dollar more for each item but if you call attention to it they willrefused to serve you. Read more

Deleted my old review to make a completely new one. We stopped by on the way home and was just going to get a quick breakfast... Jack because they are my favorite. I had not been by in over a year because the last few times I did, no one greeted me and Isat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before leaving. And they were open. This time we stopped and sat in an empty drive thru andafter a few minutes my wife said hello and the person on the other side just said "sorry we are closed for the night". Read more
I had asked for fresh fries. I'm driving & decide to check my fries. They were old & greasy. So I went back & told the shift... leader these fries are NOT FRESH. She had a little attitude because I wanted fresh fries. Consumers work hard for our money, sofresh fries shouldn't be hard to get if we ask for them. I get home & take out the burger. If I could give no stars I would. I came here last week and they were closed no biggie I went home but my mom called the... manager and the manager assured her we were open and had her order ready. Long story short we go back and they said they didntget her order and said they would not refund her. She then called corporate where they told her they actually do have to refundher at the store. Today I went. Out of my better judgement. My food was out in minutes. I was like cool fast service. NOT! MYFOOD WAS COLD . My fries look like they've been scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Been here 3 times in the last 6 months, most recently maybe a month ago. Every single time we were told they were out of what we... ordered. I?ve seen other reviews say the same thing- sure seems like this is a tactic to get customers to leave so these peopledon?t have to actually work. We also waited in the drive thru for 20 min every time- and there were only 2 cars in front of usthis last time. I?ve also noticed this issue in other reviews. And it took a good 5 minutes before anyone even came to thespeaker to take our order. Will no longer visit this location. The building needs serious repairs anyway and looks like the roofoverhang pieces around the building are about to fall off! If the outside looks that bad, I don?t want to know what the insidefood prep area looks like!! Read more
