I ordered food, 2 of my sausage biscuits had no sausage, they were just biscuits.
My kids have worked here, my friends work here, we go eat here all the time. It is nice to have an eatery you can count on.
The management here has really gone down hill. I called after I left the drive thru because my order was made wrong but here?s... the thing people , make sure they give you a receipt of specially how you wanted it because they will not offer to remake it foryou and yes this is the manager I spoke with and all she had to say was ?yeah idk I?ll tell them they need to make sure theyread back the orders? Bit slower lately. Seemingly everyone needs an employee or two as of late. Understandable. But leaving items out or order is... NOT understandable. Especially when dine-in is closed. Read more
Most of the staff was just standing behind the counter, not greeting customers, not even acknowledging the people walking in. My... order sat on the counter(not under a warmer) for over 15mins before I asked if it was min. Having younger people work thereisn't an excuse for poor customer service, train these kids! Read more
Actually went inside today. Staff was friendly. My fries were good. BUT my quarter pounder was not. My burger was raw so I sent... it back. The 2nd burger came out raw as well. See pic. When talking to someone in charge about the 2raw burgers, they admittedto having trouble with their grill but her manage said to keep selling the burgers. She tried to say they were not raw becausethere was no blood and that they were "temping" and would change color. 20min. Later still raw. Not good. Read more
Service terrible! Manager very rude displaying an attitude definitely not showing the younger workers how they should conduct... themselves! Food wasn't issue. Service was issue. Ordered via app for curbside. Employee brought outside but wouldn't step within 5 feet... of vehicle. Insisted reach out for tray of 4 drinks. When asked to please step a bit closer (strength issue with hands, plusweight of 4 large drinks) Employee refused. Even told him have issue with hands. His response was to claim he had gun pulledon him!! How not stepping closer/setting drink tray on window ledge, prevents this issue, is absolutely beyond me or anyoneI've told about.
