Today my son drove from LaVernia to seguin to buy our favorite birthday breakfast to be sadly disappointed from burnt biscuits... sausage egg and cheese McMuffin with one no egg and the other no cheese and egg. Big breakfast burnt biscuit over cooked eggsand sausage under cooked and hot cakes not so hot. Not once has this location ever gave satisfaction in any meal it?s to beexpected Big let downs at this location are the only constant. Very happy LaVernia will have its own location soon. Oh and whenyou call to complain no compassion for there failure to include there is nothing we can do. Well glad the Burger King is closeby this location my friends. This store off I-10 and 46 does a great job. I go there instead of the 123 bypass store because the buns are soft and hot, the... food is great and the line moves faster. The store by HEB consistently hands me food, in the drive thru, that is stale and cold.I go out of my way to hit the 46 and I-10 store. Keep up the good work! Read more
I waited for my order too long about 20 minutes.My order was 1 cup of coffee and 2 ice cream cons. When I asked about my order ... staff answered they are working on it. A bit later answer was because of Doordash. Finally, when I wanted to cancel my order staff gave me my coffee, and staff touched my ice cream con with his fingers and long finger nails. This has to be the worst McDonald's that I think I have ever been into in my entire life. Women's bathroom stalls only had TP in... one of the stalls. Doors were wide open so as you were walking in you could just look right into the bathrooms both men andwomen's. Staff seem to take forever to do the simplest of tasks. Staff would leave with trays of food to go serve the diningroom and then have to turn around and go back because they forgot the person's name or the order name or the order number anddidn't even know where to bring the food. From the time that we placed our order at the kiosk until we got the food was roughly20 to 25 minutes. How is this even acceptable???? It's not like it was a super complicated order nor was it anything special. Itwas a nugget meal, a chicken sandwich, and a McDouble.. Don't really understand why I needed to take that long and there wasnobody in front of us. The dining room wasn't very clean and the counter still had somebody's breakfast sitting on it eventhough this was a little after 12 when we showed up. There was a lot of confusion in the kitchen as everybody just kind oflooked at each other and walked around with a glazed look over their eyes like they didn't even know what they were doing. We came by the drive thru for a quick dinner pick up! Our food order was all correct. Ordered nuggets, fries, Oreo McFlurry,... smoothie, and cheese danish. Everything was good. I was bummed though cause we hadn?t been by in a while and I really wantedsome chocolate chip cookies, but unfortunately they didn?t have any. :( we did notice also there was some of the young staffplaying around in the back area and we could see them at the back/pay window. This place has two drive through order stations. We pulled in a little before 10:00 am. There were two cars at each order... station. We lined up at the right side(outside) lane. When we got up to where it was our turn to order the low IQ workers withthe headphones ignored our lane. FIVE vehicles ordered on the left lane. I honked, yelled out for service...nothing. We left togo somewhere else. If these dimwits want $15.00/hr they need to do their jobs and serve the customers correctly. No excuse forthis event. I really like McDonald's breakfasts but examples of this type of service WILL drive me elsewhere...like WHATABURGER. Read more
So fed up with this McDonald?s every single time I ask for fresh cookies I get argued with and told they are when they are... clearly not. I?ve worked at McDonald?s and go to multiple McDonald?s and ask for it. They all give me fresh but apparently thisMcDonald?s they rather reheat them argue with you . I?m done wasting my money here. It?s happened every single time. I?m drivingto McDonald?s in town they are way better and that?s probably why they are always packed. Because apparently the people who workat the one on the highway can?t do their jobs. It?s ridiculous to have to keep driving back to get it fixed and they don?t Itold them if you don?t want to make them fresh I?ll take a refund. And they say 5 minutes just to warm them up ridiculous. Ordered early only 2 happy meals. Did curbside. Took 15 minutes to make order. I had to get off my vehicle to go inside and get... my order. Inside was unorganized. They only seemed concerned with drive-thru. There was a few folks waiting for their order. Asfor mine there was no chocolate milk or chocolate shakes as I ordered.
