Pizza is always great, fresh and hot. The only bad thing id say about this Pizza Hut is that I?ve ordered wings the past three... times Ive came here and they?ve had the taste of the smell of a dirty wash cloth or bowl.. like they sauced the wings in a dirtybowl or something. I called in my to go order of a personal size. Drive up and paid, then they brought the pizza and said they were out of personal... size so the made a medium at no extra charge. Way to go Seguin pizza Hut!! ???????? Read more
Placed my order around 7:12 pm it said it would arrive at 7:54pm I gave it 10min. The pizza is your ordinary Pizza Hut. There's a pick-up window if you call ahead or order online. The folks there are good about... having your pizza ready at the promised time. They do have seating if you want to dine in, but there's approximately zeroatmosphere. It has a company cafeteria feel. Get the takeout. I ordered my pizza through the app was sent a confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived right at 15... minutes as I was out running errands. When I arrived, I was told my order would be another 20 minutes cause it was still on themade table, if I understood the girl correctly. I was told I could wait and it would be brought out to me or I could come back(as if gas is cheap these days). I asked for a refund and was given a dirty look and the girl rolled her eyes. The manager wasnice and definitely more of a pleasure to deal with. The reason for the 1 start review is because I've had this happen anothertime when I was given a time frame and when I arrived, I was told another time because my order wasn't in the oven yet. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any place I?ve eaten at. The manager was really helpful I was on a... budget and wanted to order a pizza melt and she helped me get 2 pizza melt?s within my budget. If I could give this place a 10??
