Flawless visit. My first time there and probably my only time to visit due to the fact that I was just passing through town on... my way home from out of town. I told them that my birthday was just 5 days ago and can I get the birthday price? (free) They told me I would have had to come... in on my birthday to get that. Well, when I tried to pay, the young lady said "you're good. I hope you had a happy birthday".That's class. That's Starbucks. Read more

I'm basically getting my bachelor's degree from the corner of this store so I feel inclined to give this store 5 stars because... the baristas always take care of me; even if they're busy and there's a wait. I've seen people say, "they weren't nice to me,"and as someone who has worked these types of hours in food service; they've probably been awake since three o'clock in themorning and have been dealing with rude people all day. So just smile and take your coffee. I love this store and its workersand will continue to get my white mocha's from here. :) Read more

9/16 morning I placed a mobile order and went to the store to wait at the estimated time. I ended up waiting 25 minutes after... the estimated time and could not wait anymore. So I let them know I cant wait any longer and if I can come back later to pick itup. They understood and said they would write my name down. I ended up calling that same day during lunch letting them know Idon't see myself getting Starbucks in the afternoon but I would come the next morning and pick it up if they were okay withthat. Morning of 9/17 I called and spoke with a Justin and was trying to explain him the situation. He said "oh so you placedthe mobile order and did not just want to wait?" I told him no, I just could not wait any longer on top of what I was alreadywaiting. He proceeded to tell me that for a refund I have to call the number on the app. I told him no I am not wanting a refundI just want the drink made and I can pick it up and I had already spoke with someone about it prior. He told me he was going topass the phone to someone else because he has no idea what I am talking about and in his words "He really does not care." Ifound this really rude and disrespectful when I was in no way being rude whatsoever. Someone else came on the phone and told meagain about the refund. I told her that I was not requesting a refund and I had explained that to Justin more than once. Butafter his attitude I decided that I will just request a refund because I did not want to deal with it any longer. Starbuckscustomer service did take care of me and issue me the refund so I am grateful for that. Justin was nice the last time Iencountered him so I?m not sure if he was just having a bad day today but either way, it was rude and unprofessional anduncalled for. Read more

Once we placed order, we still had to wait 8 min. And I had to ask for the other half of my order. The place looked alittle... messy but understandable w/new workers. Noone said, hi or how can I help you. There wasn't a greeting at all. So 3 stars for meoverall. But the order was made accurately. Read more

i worked at this location for 4 years a while back and have been a customer at many stores since. this is the ONLY ONE that no... matter who is working, my drink is ALWAYS absolutely perfect! y?all always put in the time and effort to make sure my drink ismade right and made well, even when it?s busy. i spent a lot of time and made a lot of memories behind the bar here, and itmakes me so beyond happy to know that the dedication to quality hasn?t vanished as it seems to have at the other stores. y?alldeserve the world ily (also shoutout to stephanie p, always a ray of sunshine. miss u) Read more

Yesterday I went through the drive through and asked for a surprise frappuccino to celebrate being done with finals.
