Ordered Carne Asada Tacos....and got stewed Mystery Meat.....guys don't waste your money 4x tacos $21.00 and got pasty Mystery... Meat ...NOT CARNE ASADA like it shows on the menu...called to complain and the women complain back to me and said thats how wedo our CARNE ASADA!!! WARNING WARNING WARNING DONT EAT HERE!!!! I ordered through DoorDash but I NEEDED to leave a review here to WARN customers not... to eat here. None of my tacos were good I ordered 2 brisket tacos a barbacoa a carne asada and 2 picadillo tacos. The briskettacos I assumed would have been shredded not chunks with mostly fat and bbq sauce. The barbacoa was to greasy and the carneasada didn?t even look like a carne asada. The picadillo tacos were way to greasy. IM NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND I HOPETHIS PLACE EITHER GETS SHUT DOWN OR GETS DIFFERENT WORKERS WHO KNOW HOW TO COOK AND SERVE PROPER TACOS CUZ THIS AIN?T IT!!!!!!! Read more
Driving down 35 and wanted something to drink and I saw they sold tacos!!(Laredo taco company). I placed my order before 9am for... 2 tacos and waited till 928am to get them...??? I noticed other people ordering and getting their tacos while I was waiting?? SoI asked about my order,the lady answered very rudely "YOUR IS NEXT". And seemed upset I asked. I've been in the retail businessfor 35+ years,when I noticed this kind of customer service experience,I would have taken this lady a side and given her a firmcoaching. We had the beef fajita tacos and they were very good. The tortillas are made by hand and there were plenty of toppings. The... side dishes are ok, but stick to the tacos and you can't go wrong for the price. Read more
10:30am - The food I ordered looked fresh in the display trays up front. When I opened my order, I received all the tidbits and... burnt pieces from the bottom corners of each food tray containing what I ordered. They basically keep the food looking gooddoing this process. You order and they have you pay at the store registrars and not the one in front of the food. You don't seeyour food being made. A crew of 5 with 4 standing around and one usually working to take orders. Every tortilla had char dustfrom the grill on it. The kind you get from not cleaning the grills, not from burning with high heat. The salsa is jelly. Youusually achieve this by adding gelatin preserves or from freezing and thawing more than once.
