If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered 3 subs online for pickup it said it would be ready in 20 mins then I even got a... notification saying my subs were ready for pick up so I head to the store get there and there’s no customers in the store but3 workers behind the counter and my subs were not ready not even started the 3 employees were just standing there. Then theyproceeded to mess up every single sub as it what I ordered isn’t written directly in front of their faces it took 3 employeesover an hour to make 3 subs. This location is the absolute worst Iv given it a shot 3 times and each time Iv had my sandwichmessed up or very rude employees. Read more

7:30pm on Sunday 10/30/22 out of most everything and no desire to try and even look for more. The boy at the veggie side and... register was listening to his ear buds and taking drink breaks while we waited and the line behind us got more stacked.Absolutely so slow I could have made it myself. Destiny I feel sorry for her working with him! She was great and was alsoannoyed with his sloppy, slow, unappealing work. Won't be back! Been to many times all failed. Never a good experience.Management needs to be better! Read more

Best subway I've ever been to. It was clean enough to eat off the floors ! I didn't but they were that clean !

Two boys working. They could care less about customer service. They were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread, Mayo, avocado,... provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, and a few more things. I asked if they had any ingredients in the back, I didn’t mindwaiting for them to grab, and they said “no”. Then once I was paying one of the boys goes back to the back, and grabs a fulltray of Italian herbs and cheese bread…that I was told they were out of. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. Items shouldbe ordered properly to insure they’re available considering their menu states they are. Read more

It's Subway, fast food is fast food. Not good for you and definitely not worth the money. However when it's late in the day... and you really don't want to go home and fix something you just have to pick your poison lol. Again it's fast food. Read more

Visited this store Jun 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Ordered a Meatball Marinara. Was told they did not have any meatballs. So I ordered... an Italian BMT. Was told they did not have any Genoa salami. Asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. Got multi-grain. Told theemployee I was not happy. They did not respond. After I got home I sent a complaint to Subway. Got this response: "At Subway, weoften promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of ourloyal customers. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improveour customer service." I guess since store did not have what I wanted that is a way to "promote different products" that I didnot want. I did not get what I wanted, and did not get what I ordered, and the response from this store is "I am sorry and Ihave sent your complaint to my team". What the heck kind of response it that? Where is the corrective action? Where is theimprovement plan? Where is the accountability to their customers? Where is the customer satisfaction coming from? I ordered 2 MELT sandwiches, but the staff lady just toasted them. When I asked the reason, she said the oven has been out of... order. However, she charged me more for 2 MELT sandwiches. Besides, there were mosquitoes over the ingredients. I am attachingmy receipt as well as my sandwiches photos. Unfortunately, unprofessional staffs are working there. Read more
