No long wait. We all three ordered subs. Had the spicy Italians. Unfortunately at the time we went they had ran out of... mozzarella so my son just went with American cheese instead. Food was good. Lobby was clean. Bathrooms were clean too. Read more

Took me a second to figure out the drive through but it was so much better than going inside. Super convenient that it's open so... late, lots of subways are "24 hours" but are actually closed so this was a nice surprise:) Read more

Good location and clean. But they are always out off almost everything. I was four times there. Ones no tuna, or no ships at... all not one bag. Even ice for drinks. Two times didn't got what I ordered on the drive tru screen. But they can be happy that Ijust love they're tuna. If you go inside or drive tru and check the order you will be just fine. Read more

Please properly train your employees to listen to the customers and not completely drown a sandwich in sauce when asking for... ?light sauce? or ?very little dressing?, or decide to use browned avocado while pulling out a fresh green batch. Everyone seemedmiserable to be at work. Please retrain and work on store morale. Horrible experience. Stood in the store for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then found out my sandwich had been... waiting the entire time. And it was wrong. And they tried to argue with me about how they thought it wasn't wrong. Trashestablishment. Will not ever be back. Go to Marion location instead. Read more

1/10 do not go here. It would be ran better if it were owed by monkeys. Slow and always out of stock. Never fresh ingredients.... Clearly doesn?t put any emphasis on customer service training. Nice employees so it gets one star for that other wise I wouldgive it a 0/10. Do not go to this subway, I repeat do not go to this subway. Do not give them your business. Read more

I went there and line had only 2 cars in it and it took awhile. Well the lady who came to the window apologized over and over... that they were short staff and if I still wanted my order. Frustrated with the delay of waiting already , I rudely said well?yea of course ?. She politely went to make my order. Then I noticed 2 younger boys working there who weren?t really helping heras much as they should. She came back and apologized again for the delay and said they were out of cookies and continues to makemy order. I was in line waiting for probably about 25 minutes at that point. I thought about driving off but I thought this poorwomen is trying to handle all the orders alone , so I patiently waited. When she gave me my order , she apologized again for thelong delay and I noticed she forgot my chips for both sandwiches. I looked at her and told her , she really needs to get thoseother workers to help her and that she can?t do it alone. She smiled and put her head down and said yes I know . I told herthank you for my order and she was doing a great job. I don?t know what her name was but she was so sweet despite the pressureshe was under and my unnecessary rudeness. Not sure the front staff wanted to be at work today. This was their special, new Baja steak and Jack. I got rolled eyes when I... asked for a six inch instead of foot long, then attitude when I asked how much for the Baja steak. After she gave me the priceon a 6 incj, I said, Ok, I would like to try your new Baja steak, then the counter person said "Omg" when I requested thesandwich to be the meal deal, she cited this outburst was justified because she had already rung up the 6 inch price by itself(when I was only inquiring what was the price of their special "new Baja steak and Jack". Apparently this was a very difficult???? transaction for this worker. Very few people here (4 plus myself is five customers), so now I see why Noone is coming inhere. The sandwich was very hastily and sloppily put together. The paper is cut, torn and turned upside down to spill out allover the front (top of bread). No napkins were available and none were put in my bag. Had to go back to counter and ask wheretheir napkins were. They had them behind the counter. The sandwich was soggy and awful. Read more
