The only thing that was good, I am not hungry anymore. Other than that, beans and rice were cold. The so called fajitas were... barely warm. By the way the taco barely had meat. This taco cabana is probably the worst taco cabana I?ve ever been to. They run out of fajita chicken and fajita steak almost... every single time that I come to this restaurant which is few times due to them always messing up. They always give you eitherflat or incorrect drinks. They always have excuses as to why they are closing the lobby or or out of basically everything on themenu. The drive-through times take longer than any other restaurant in the area, causing me to believe that the training at thisestablishment is below industry standard. This location should probably close down. They make a mockery of the taco cabana name,it?s just a joke of a restaurant. Read more
9 times out of 10, I get home to find my order incorrect. I've been shorted items, I've gotten food I never ordered and it's... very frustrating to call and report the errors. They have always honored my corrections on my return visit but many times I needwhat I ordered and I'm not able to go back up there a second time in one day. Food quality varies but is mostly good. Traveling. Lost our order! Already paid and on a time frame! The staff was apologetic and Made it as fast as they could after my... wife noticed a lot of other customers getting there orders after my children's order. I am so disappointed in taco cabana. The dining area was closed and the tortillas were dry. The food is not what it use to be.... It tastes like its coming out of a bag. Its not real Texmex as advertiserd. And I don't understand why the dining area wasclosed when all other businesses are open. Not everyone wants to go threw the drive thru. Food was good, excellent service. This restaurant is taking very responsible and proactive measures to prevent the spread of... germs. All food packed to go, even for dine-in. No-touch hand sanitizer in the restaurant, and flatware brought out with yourfood, not left out where people can touch. Everyone was wearing gloves, and when we walked in, the salsa bar items were beingtaken back into the serving line. Thank you for taking those extra measures! Read more
So I ordered 4 margaritas and a bean and cheese taco to be picked up curbside. When I arrived at the store the call feature on... the app wouldn't work and the door was locked so I couldn't go inside. Therefore I went thru the drive thru and when I got tothe window the girl was very rude and asked what my name was so I told her and she asked for my ID after scanning my ID sheproceeded to get my order together and then comes to the window and hands me the taco and closes the window without sayinganything. Then comes back and hands me a lime margarita and a mango margarita. Then very sharply says like and mango and closesthe window and walks away. Now I had ordered 2lime,1 coconut and 1 mango. So I sat there almost 5 minutes before she came backand asked what I wanted and I said I ordered 4 margaritas and she says that she only saw 2 on the receipt so I pulled thereceipt out of the bag and handed it to her and she walked over to another girl and showed her and she rolled her eyes butstarted making the other drinks. Then the drive thru girl opened the window and shoved the other two margaritas into my handsand slammed the window shut. Then after I get home and drink my margaritas and my friend drank his I opened my bean and cheesetaco to find beef fajita and bean with no cheese.
