Here's a little advice to the drive thru employees. DONT MAKE A MILKSHAKE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER IS AT THE WINDOW. I know they are... trying to speed up the line but I just paid for a large cup of melted shake which is not cool and how hard is to give someonesauce and condiments that they ask for?! Read more
Tried Whataburger for the first time a couple weeks ago. Got bacon blue cheese burger. Wasn?t that good. Decided to try a... breakfast burger the next time. Was way too salty. Tried a chicken burger the 3rd time and was pretty bland. Definately notimpressed with the food but the banana pudding shakes are good. Read more

Stopped in here on our way back to Katy TX. They were very busy. The food was fresh. Staff needs improvement on customer... service. Both their sweet tea canisters were out, so that was disappointing. Ladies room were decently clean. Only issue we hadwas trying to get out of the parking lot. . You CAN NOT exit on the side of drive thru unless you are ordering. . Just FYIfor everyone. Read more
