Here's a little advice to the drive thru employees. DONT MAKE A MILKSHAKE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER IS AT THE WINDOW. Tried Whataburger for the first time a couple weeks ago. Got bacon blue cheese burger. Wasn?t that good. Decided to try a... breakfast burger the next time. Was way too salty. Tried a chicken burger the 3rd time and was pretty bland. Definately notimpressed with the food but the banana pudding shakes are good. Read more

Stopped in here on our way back to Katy TX. They were very busy. The food was fresh. Staff needs improvement on customer... service. Both their sweet tea canisters were out, so that was disappointing. Ladies room were decently clean. Only issue we hadwas trying to get out of the parking lot. . You CAN NOT exit on the side of drive thru unless you are ordering. . Just FYIfor everyone. Read more
I tried something different and didn't really like it as much as the jalapeno whataburger. The melt was too messy and the sauce... was spilling out and onion were burnt. Service was great and everything was freashly made. Order Cobb salad with grilled chicken3 times and it was made different 3 times. Read more
We stopped on the way back to Houston and the service was amazing. It was full of customers but the staff managed to get food... out on time and keep the place clean. Shout out to Beatriz, she made sure me and my family had all our food and was so sweet. Ireally appreciated her kindness, it's rare these days. Read more
Driving back to Houston we decided to stop by Whataburger being that we love Whataburger we decided to dine in, once entering I... couldn?t believe how filthy this location was , tables weren?t wiped down, milkshake machine was broken, coke dispenser wasflat. Restroom had no toilet paper, trashcan seemed like it had yet to be cleaned out from the night before over flowed withnapkin towels. Continuing on.. i was in the midst of completing my order with a milkshake when I was told that the milkshakemachine was broken already bothered with how restrooms were I laughed in disbelief. The lady at the register then becamedisrespectful a made a comment insisting to maybe try McDonald?s to see if there ice cream machine was working. I mentioned toher that if I wanted to go to a place with broken machines I would of just went straight to McDonald?s. I?m very disappointedwith the service I was given and even more with how dirty and not taken care of the place was coming from a Whataburger;honestly!!. Just truthfully ashamed of the poor management this facility has. And how corporate has yet to make an appearance tosee how they fail to keep the place sanitary.
