It's either really great customer service or it's not, but I usually have good luck here. Once in a while I get an employee... that's just not friendly or kid-friendly which is frustrating for my kids. As for the food, The 1 or 2 pizza's I get my kids areALWAYS cheese only & yet over 50% of the time, the pizza sauce barely gets covered with cheese. I'm sorry but if I'm getting allcheese the least they can do is make sure there's an efficient amount to cover the sauce! ** I used to buy all the kids MiniMurph's but no joke, 90% of the time the dough was so thin we could see the plate through it & it barely covered the verybottom/middle of the plate. Then we'd get to the topping (like I said cheese only????) and once again, the cups were half fullof cheese. So I would buy a 'bag of cheese' just to make sure all 4 Mini Murph's had enough cheese to at the least cover thesauce. It just became more of a disappointment for my kids & myself then it was worth (especially when I could get a wholefreaking pizza with the cost of 2 mini murph's). Not sure if it was just our Selah store or if maybe it improved with the newemployees since we used to buy them, pre & early COVID? Oh well, my advice is just check your box before you leave???? There is an answering service for them now. You call in and place your order, then the customer service rep on the other end... submits it to the store. If you don't want to pick up right away, then I would order online. I asked for a scheduled pick uptime when I called in order and was informed it would be ready in 15 minutes and would be sitting there ready when I wasready. Food is always ready whenever they give you a time frame when calling in. If there is ever a delay they always let youknow before finishing ordering via phone. We love take-n-bake having hot fresh pizza at home beats frozen & better prices then most delivery places. All meat is one of... our favorite. Thirty Tuesday is a great deal $12 for upto 5 toppings or any pizza on the menu. Read more
I've always had good experiences here. The food is what it is, though as pizzas go it's really pretty decent. The staff is... always very young, but they will serve you well. The parking, however, sucks. If you go I find it better to park in the bigparking lot than try and squeeze into theirs. Not really a big issue, though. Read more
