The new Melt menu item was super delicious! Keep it (and the Detroit-Style pizza).... and make them PERMANENT menu items! Stop... with the "limited time only" nonsense! It's infuriating, and makes me want to give my take-out pizza chain business to yourcompetitors. Knock it off! Oh... and GREAT item! Highly recommend. Permanent. I?ve had issues with the app. Late deliveries (which I understand) but today I ordered through app and used my rewards to buy... bread sticks and an extra marinara sauce. I couldn?t even eat the bread sticks because both sauces were SOUR! Absolutelydisgusting. Read more
It wasn't the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to but not the worst overall it's a three
They didn't cut our pizza at all. It was completely whole. We had ordered black olives on 1/2 and pineapple on 1/2 they put... about 12 pieces of pineapple tidbits on one 1/2 and smothered the whole pizza in black olives. Yuk...couldn't even pick enoughof them off to get rid of that nasty flavor. Read more
This Pizza Hut's pizza has become blah. We hadn't tried Pizza Hut in awhile, and when we did, part of our order was "out of... stock", provided a terrible substitute and cold cardboard Pizza. I have had pizza this bad since my last frozen pizza from thegrocery store. Go to Domino's and get their Hand-Made crust pizza. You will not be disappointed. Read more

I ordered wings and cinnamon sticks, however the sticks were not completely cooked. While I appreciate the desire to get food to... the consumer quickly I do believe it should be completely cooked. Delivery person left an oil mark in my driveway which I was able take care of only because I noticed it while putting my garbage out for collection. It might be good to have employeescheck their vehicles before they pull into a new build driveway or have them park on the street while delivering. Didn't think the pizza hut in Selah could get worse. Ordered a melt and wings tonight for delivery. They exported the delivery... to a random door dash driver that couldn't find my house. I waited outside for 20 minutes after the text saying it was herebefore this person who didn't speak English handed me my by then very cold food. Nothing like having to microwave my food. Whyam I paying a $5 delivery fee for cold food from someone that wouldn't answer their phone . Vary dissatisfied. Read more
