I don?t understand how a place that is known for roast beef can have such terrible roast beef. If you get a sandwich here pay... more for the deli roast beef. We decided to try the Diablo sandwich and after each of us had a bite, it went into the trash. Thechicken nuggets were good. Read more

I went in to order food and waited 5 min with 2 people in front of me. Since I was headed to Berlin I stopped there instead. ... Prices there were better. Also friendlier and bette service. Classic sandwich $5.05 vs $4.29. I was so much happier. Read more

This visit was not good. The lady at the drive-thru was horrible. She talked to the cars she was collecting to at the same time... as talking to us with our order. So you're not sure who she's talking to at what point over the speaker. Then she forgot to addour drink and the guy made us give it back to him when he handed us our order. Once again he gave it back to us after we paid. Idon't know why he couldn't just charge us for it and us leave it in the truck for a second... What was he thinking? We weregoing to take a sip before we paid for it? And what if we didn't pay for it? Was he going to give it to the next car? ????Either way.. if you're thinking drive-thru is actually quicker... Not here. If you're thinking you're going to get what youorder... Not here. If you think you're going to get good service...not here. At this point... Go to McDonald's. You'll be lessaggravated even if they mess up your order there as well. ???? Read more

Cashier doesn't know what 'with' means. With; accompanied by. The arby's meal is the sandwich, fries, and drink. So asking if i... want my shake with my meal means the meal (s,f,d) and also the shake. Not instead of the drink, with the drink. Would havebeen nothing, had she not tried to make me look stupid because of her own low intelligence. Read more

I've been stopping into the Arby's off and on during my trips to and from Philly over the years. It's pretty much the half way... point for me and is a great location for a pitstop. The business located just over the MD/DE state line in Selbyville, DE. Inmy experiences here the place is always clean even when busy. While I've never seen it to capacity I have seen it just abouthalf full. Depends on the time of the day you come in. The food has always been well prepared and is hot and fresh whether I'vegone inside or used their drive-thru. They can be a little slow sometimes, but from what I can tell everything is pretty muchmade to order. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh food at all. On my most recent visit a little over a week agowe (mom was traveling with me) stopped in around 1pm and they were still on the back end of their lunch rush. Even with 4-5folks in front of me I don't think I was in line more than 10-12 minutes waiting to make my order. I has a classic chicken withcurly fries. Mom had a chicken sandwich as well with bacon and swiss. After making the order we waited 6-7 minutes for the foodand they called me over to the counter when it was ready. While I was waiting I made us drinks at the soda bar. Mixed aCoca-Cola with Orange. Mmmmm We enjoyed our lunches and the AC and the visit probably lasted about 45 minutes or so. It wasjust a nice relaxed meal before hitting the road back to Chesapeake. Read more

Ordered the Ham & Swiss Croissant for breakfast and it was flat as a pancake. Almost looked like they took a spatula and pressed... it down before putting it in the bag. Potatoe cakes were good but our bag leaked grease on my dad as we drove away. Read more

Quick Service and picked up through the drive-thru. Ate on the parking lot. I decided to try the biscuit bacon flatbread meal... with the crinkle cut french fries. I also ordered the warm caramel cookie. I have to say the biscuit bacon flatbread wasdelicious but I believe it's overpriced by about 4 or $5. The crinkle cut french fries are okay but nothing special. The warmcaramel cookie was fantastic and I recommend it to everyone. Read more
