I come here often for the convienence store and the subway, this branch rarely disappoints. They do have occasional small... mishaps like they didn't make enough bread, out of cookies, mixed toppings in the bins, their employees are nowhere to be found,etc. Silly stuff that is easily fixed. I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated at this place. Disrespectful, ignorant, and just sloppy. I will never eat here... ever again. And I recommend you don't either unless you want to be treated like you've wronged these people in some way. I have never seen a manager belittle a customer like I did today. My husband order a steak sub that they no longer had posted on... the board unknowning to him. We know what we want and don't really look at the menu. The Manager made a chicken sub and Hecorrected her then she pointes at the menu with an additude saying 'the one we no longer make! The one that isn't on theboard!!' And throw the chicken sub to the side and made the steak he asked for. I don't understand why it was made to be such ascene. Read more

Ordered 3 subs today - Footlong Veggie Sub (x1), 6" Ham & Turkey Sub (x1) and 6" Oven Roasted Turkey Sub (x1). The first two... were made correctly, the third was not; we received two Ham & Turkey Subs instead. So, our order was missing an Oven RoastedTurkey Sub. 1 person in our order did not want Ham, nor how it was made, but "settled for it." My email order confirmationsshowed me I ordered correctly. Please double-check when you make orders so others do not receiving an order w/ a missing itemnor "settle" for mistakes. Ending this on a positive note, the food received was tasty, and we would return. Read more

Worst Subway experience to date! Went today and got 2 subs. Footlongs. They were the most pathetic excuses for a sandwich I've... ever seen! ???????? Tiny, missing ingredients, no bigger than an ice cream sandwich!! The subs used to be amazing when Ms.Amanda was working back there. I don't plan to go back. K***y and the other woman both reeked of cigarettes and neither wore gloves. The attitudes from both, were so rude and... condescending. Since when do you need to sign for a paid on the app meal that was supposed to be contactless pickup? I had to goINSIDE to get it after calling and getting a snotty answer. I get we are in a pandemic. But why if you offer curbside on theapp, do I need to go inside and fight you to get my food? I would have just left it if I hadn't ALREADY paid for it.
