The garbage was over flowing with garbage, every table with a bench was nasty and dirty and the floor was sticky. I got a... chocolate chocolate frosty-ccino and i thought it was be like frappe kind but it taste like watered down coffee with chocolateflavor. The salad was ok. My daughters burger she said was ok, my husbands burger he said was ok. Then he went to get ketchupand the despencer wasnt even re-filled. This was the worst experience at a wendys ive ever been to and this iz the one inselden. The employees not ONE smile nothing. Never coming here again. Read more
Food was usual Wendy's goodness. Service....not so much. Drive thru forgot to prepare two of my beverages. When they were given... to me I had to ask for straws. I also asked if there were spoons already in the bags for the frostees. I was told they were.When my kids went to eat them, we found they were not there. Fortunately, we were elsewhere in the shopping center, so I wasable to walk over and get some....but I shouldn't have needed to. Read more
Paid for a beaconator and received a totally different sandwich with no beacon at all. Everything else was fine.
The interior design is out of date compared to the majority of other wendys out there but it's kind of cute, almost like a blast... from the past and the service is also pretty good. I've never had to wait extremely long for my orders ans the servers arepretty nice. Only really bad thing about it is I walked in and it smelled like urine. Not sure I'd it was the old carpet or whatbut it was annoying. Other than that it's a good location. Read more
Horrible horrible experience. If I could give 0 star. Cashier made mistake with order, didn?t apologize, gave attitude. I wanted... to order again without complaining, she wasn?t rushed to take new order and make things right. So I decided no to order and justwait till my friends will finish. Never this Wendy?s again! Woman at the drive-thru window was very pleasant but as usual the food is subpar. Fries are soggy and cold. Single with cheese... with put together neatly but also not even warm.... just room temperature. I realize it's fast food but it should at least behot. It was only 11:40 and I bought lunch. Everything about this location is great. It's always clean in the store and there's hardly ever a long line in the store except... for at night. Ordering ahead online is super helpful for skipping lines. Only thing I don't like about this spot is the insideof the store sort of smells like urine when you first walk in. Not sure if it's the old carpet or what but it's annoying. Read more
