Went to Applebees hoping to get some good food after a long day. Although it made my day longer, never I have I gotten food that... was so cold. As a chef it?s your job to make sure the food is good and the chefs here did not do a good job at that. I would notrecommend coming here unless of course you like biting into food that is as cold as dry ice. My husband ordered the bourbon swiss burger n asked for no pink, and took 2 bites of it n the middle was completely raw n red.... The waitress was nice but charged us for it when only 2 bites were taking out of it. And i had the mild boneless wings, theywere hard n very over cooked. Will not go back there again. Read more

Had a bad experience with a waitress named Alyssa. A friend and I ordered 2 steaks cooked differently, they were mixed up. Told... the waitress. She stopped dead in her tracks and stared at us like we were crazy. ( both different sizes as well.) She leavescomes back and rudely says while holding 2 plates. " alright ladies put them on these plates". She leaves and the chef comesback and says it looks like the steaks were mixed up. Um yeah we know?, treatment was horrible. We're not stupid. It wasn't likewe ate half and tried sending it back. She never came back. She honestly seemed like she was having mood swings. It was late (9pm ) and no one else was there. She was super sweet in the beginning dont know what went wrong. It's things like this thatgives me anxiety to even dine out. Before we left I folded a dollar 4 times and left it under the receipt holder. Watched herget angry while we walked out. Haha energy matched. If you don't like your job Alyssa get a new one. Sitting here waiting again. Waited for drink order to be taken 20 mins, waited for food order to be taken 36 mins, waited for... food 58 mins, now waiting for check and that?s not mins in total that?s timer restarted. Service has been going down hill. It?snot even busy. Read more

Came here expecting to get what I normally get and enjoy it but absolutely hated it. The chicken was burnt even after they... brought me new , my onion rings were burnt, and there was way to much parsley. The only reason I gave one star was because thewaiter was nice. Read more

Ultra fast service from kind waitstaff. The food and drinks were good too.

Waitress was not worth her tip but my heart was bigger then hers so I was sure to tip her even though she did not deserve that... much. No personality. My husband and I arrived around 4:30 pm on Thursday with our 12 year old, 2 year old and 7 month old. The place was basically... empty. They could have placed us anywhere. We had the two little ones in a double stroller (front back stack, not a wide side byside). The hostess and staff with her seemed indifferent about us being there and told us we could not bring the stroller in.They advised we could leave it upfront but we opted to unload the children and all the things and put the stroller back in thevehicle. I was asked if everything was ok with going down the steps, which I replied the steps were fine, we just normally keepeverything with us in the stroller (diaper bag, toys, baby food/snack bag) because it is easier. The comment was dismissed andtook us to our table and brought a car seat sling to the table. The hostess began to walk away and I spoke up to request abooster for my two year old, which was brought then brought over and placed on the center of the table. They were quick to havea server get to us and we got our food very fast. The adult meals were fine. The kids menu chicken tenders were over done butnot burnt. We did not complain or say anything about it. My husband and twelve year old went to the rest room and saw there wasin fact a ramp... So they could have sat us at the upper level instead of lower level to avoid stairs with the stroller, OR setus below out of the way with the ramp to get the stroller down. We have never had a restaurant advise us we couldn't use astroller to help with managing the children and the associated things needed. I could not see a logical reason for the treatmentwe received regarding it and there was not a sign advising no strollers... We won't be going back.
