I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru for 1 bagel. There were no cars behind me and the parking lot wasn't full of cars. So it... didn't look super busy. I'm a very patient person and understand when places are busy and understaffed. But I believe I wasforgotten about after I was handed my coffee. I didn't know what to do. Knock on the window, honk or just drive away withoutit? Another car pulled up in the drive thru with me and that's when I was finally handed my bagel. It was cold by the time Itook it out of the bag and I know it's only because they forgot I was at the window. Normally I go to dunkin but their drivethru was packed full so I thought panera would be faster, but unfortunately I was wrong. This Panera has the style as Starbucks years ago. It has ample seating outside, and well kept tables and flooring inside as... well. I placed a Rapid Pick-Up order here during their opening Sunday. The coffee was quite bitter, but no fault to them (waspiping hot). The reason why I give only three stars is because the customer service was NOT high class as the fixtures. NO onespoke or acknowledged me in any way. There were no customers with the exception of myself and another. They weren?t busy. Infact, an employee pulled up a chair and was sitting with the other customer. Anyway, just a small gesture can go a long way. Check your order VERY carefully before you leave. Three times they didn't put the turkey on the sandwich I ordered and then... they were rude about it! Go anywhere else than here! Read more

Food and service is fine. It's when your order is ready and they buzz you. Other people waiting at the pick up window. The... preparers just set your food on the counter and buzz you and walk away. No one knows whose dish is whos when you 2 or 3 disheslaying on the counter. That's the only thing I don't like about Panera. Read more

I rarely get to go to your store. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with your Signature Chicken Sandwich. I chewed 3/4 thru it before I... tasted chicken flavor. I will continue to buy Burger King Big King Chicken Sandwich. Your price of $11.29 was a shock to me whenI read my reciept!
