Ordered delivery, when it was delivered it was cold and the sandwich was mushy. Was missing part of the order. So I called and... spoke with the manager and she was going to check into it. That was 2 days ago needless to say I've never heard back from her.Funny thing is being stuck in a hotel room and delivery was less than 5 miles away from restaurant, you would think it wouldstill be hot. I've gone here many times and always had a good experience but this time we went it was less then good. Our waitress seemed... unhappy,she messed up 2 of the orders. We only seen her twice when she took the order and when we were getting ready to pay(someone else brought out our checks and food) she never checked in on us and never asked if we needed a refill (my cup wasempty) Read more

Very disappointing. Food was so bland, service was lackluster. I've never had eggs Benedict where the yoked were cooked HARD.... Not just overcooked. Totally solid and disgusting. My husband got fish and chips. The fish (clearly from frozen) was nasty andthe breading fell off immediately. So very disappointing. I've never been to a Perkins before. I was just in this morning for breakfast and I want to say that from the minute we walked in every single person from the front... end staff, to our server was exceptional. Our order was correct, and perfectly cooked. We were in and out in no time at all. Thekicker, they only had 1 cook, and both managers were in the back helping get orders out as quick as possible. I have been goingto perkins since I was a kid, and the service is always fast and exceptional. This experience was no different. Thanks for anawesome experience guys! Keep up the great work.
