I?m mad at myself for not... getting the employees name, but she went way above and beyond the call of duty, and found the very last one on the top shelf, ina box! I enjoy my drinks and they are always excellently made. My main frustration is the wait. I absolutely understand they get very... busy and the staff is working diligently, however sometimes it seems that it's an excessive wait. This visit I skipped the drivethrough line and went directly into the store. Even with absolutely no one ahead of me in line to order I still stood and waitedover 15 minutes for my drink after paying. And currently there are so many boxes sitting in the main area, there is little placefor people to stand. And now prices have risen considerably so my visits will be less frequent. Read more

Great coffee. Decent breakfast items. Just wish they opened a little earlier for my usual commute.

I started in the drive thru, but after 10 minutes decided to try to order inside. There was a football full of folks waiting... for their orders there too. After placing my order I tried to find a place to sit and wait again. While waiting and waiting Inoticed how dirty it was. I had to ask some standing folks to let me rest in a chair, but the tables were all dirty, thefloors too. I mean crummy stuff all over. I felt really bad for the young man trying to enjoy his breakfast at the table nextto me. Really should have someone responsible for checking and maintaining the upkeep of their dining area. Such a sweet spot. I wish there was a little more room inside the store. But they also have a really nice outdoor seating area... as well. They sell coffee here and other kind of food items. Read more

Grabed the pink drink and it was really refreshing. Our barista Megan was super nice. The only thing I didn't like was that... the leather chairs were a little worn looking and there was a bit of crumbs on the table. All in all it was a pleasantexperience. Read more
