Tables were not very clean. They jad the kiosk to do orders but a few people complained because they wanted to use cash and had... to wait over 15 min and then gave up after noone took their order at the counter. Then someone with them ended up charging theirmeal on their card. Customer service is exyremely lacking at this location. Food took even longer to come out. There was atleast 6 to 7 employees in the back that could be seen. 1 manager spent over 20 min just filling bags with cinnamon twists andnacho chips, when noone was waiting on those and there was 2 full trays of them in front for the employees to grab. I dont thinkits a staff shortage but truely believe from seeing what I did that theyvare not making good use of the employees they do haveon a shift. Read more
SPENT 84 DOLLARS ON DINNER FOR MY FAMILY! When the delivery driver went to pick it up, he asked if that was all for this order,... and they repeatedly told him yes we only received half of our order. I called Taco Bell and they told us that there was nothingthey could do and hung up on me, thankfully Uber eats restored half of our money I will never order from here again Read more
This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I walked in, waited in line with five other people for ten... minutes. After waiting, I finally approched the counter and asked the worker if they were still serving customers at thecounter. She said, "use the kiosk, we are short staffed" then turned her back and continued to work. I had a problem with theordering system and had another question then she said to use the other kiosk. She refused to help me in any way and ignored myquestions. After the other customers heard the conversation, they and myself walked out. I was recently at this location on August 28th to eat in. I found it odd that the inside layout was decorated, but proceeded to... order at the cash register and I was given dirty looks, but no one was taking my order. I saw others inside eating, so Iproceeded to order at the tablet station. I was given my food and ate at a table, but soon the dining room was filled withmultiple Taco Bell workers. The workers were talking badly about the customers eating and "taking up their time" to have whatlooked like a party. Additionally, they would moan/groan at the fact of their drive thru line getting bigger. I just dontunderstand how something like this is authorized at peak dinner hours (7PM). The workers made my family uncomfortable and putsigns up, AFTER we ate and "ruined" their festivities. I wish I could I make this up, but I'm happy to have pictures for proof. Read more
Until recently, I haven't eaten at any Taco Bells since 1998 due to getting food poisoning. Now that I have a daughter that... LOVES Taco Bell, I gave it another shot since us Dads always take one for the team. I must say that the two times I have beenthere, the food has been good. I forgot how good it was. Read more
Customer service sucked! They refused to wait on me and my family but waited on the Hispanic person behind me. We got dirty... looks and poor service the whole time we were there. The gentleman that was behind us even informed the cashier we were at therestaurant first. We were informed the only way we could order was via the kiosk. Rude doesn't even to begin to describe it. This Taco Bell is pretty much on par for what you'd expect of the chain. The food is typically good, if not always very fast.... And staff is usually friendly. My only real complaint is the drive through. It is very narrow so as you try to navigate yourvehicle around the final turn, it's a bit difficult to keep your back tire from hitting the curb. The various marks at the spotshow how many people previously hit it. And the pavement itself is getting to be full of potholes. It would be nice if theywould widen and repave it. Read more
