Not sure what delay was but our order was ready in less than 1 minute after we paid, but sat on the ledge waiting for 1 of the 6... workers standing around talking to each other to pass it along. So almost 5 minutes later, some one opened door and went to handover the payment machine, then realized we already paid so passed along our order. Read more

Really really terrible meal. Couldn?t find the chicken in my chicken sandwich. The sandwich You get looks absolutely nothing... like tv commercials, website or even the display board in the store. My chicken sandwich of which I only had a few bites from,tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for a week. My lettuce was brown and limp and I asked for no tomato and it was stillserved with tomato (if you can call what I received a tomato). Beef burger was tasteless, large but totally devoid of anyflavour, sadly even the bacon was flavourless and the onion rings were not cooked, the onion was still raw. Poutines were smalland had a skimpy amount of cheese curds and not enough gravy. I reached out to corporate to let them know about our terriblemeal and their response was as disappointing as the meal. I think Dairy Queen needs to just stick to ice cream. This meal wasfit for the garbage can. Won?t ever be bothered to have a hot meal here again. We didn?t have ice cream so I can?t comment onif it?s decent or not. Update went back for ice cream at a later date and the restaurant is disgusting and a total disasterarea. Filthy, dirty and sticky and staff that could absolutely care less. Do better? Won?t be back. I have been a long time customer of DQ Selkirk. The place used to be nice, but unfortunately it is going down hill. Last visit I... could not find a clean table to sit at and had to choose the cleanest of the dirty tables. I think it's time for a staff changeif this is the standards they are choosing to accept, especially when they are chatting and hanging out in the back whilecustomers are eating on dirty tables. Place also could use a reno, looking dated and run down. Not somewhere I want to eatanymore. Read more
