This is my go to place for pizza. Even when I lived out of province for 7 years, this was my must have place when I visited.... Toppings are always heavily distributed and the normal amount of cheese is still always more than what u would get from otherplaces if you were to ask for ?extra cheese?. I love their pizza and their chicken, fries, and basically everything else ontheir menu has always been spot on too. I?m never disappointed. Our first time trying Frank's, we ordered the cheeseburger pizza, and 3 piece chicken dinner. The pizza crust was very under... cooked, and the chicken was dry the breading had good flavor though. They forgot the gravy in our order as well. Read more
Pizza was stuck to the box and the paper. Not hot, sat for awhile after we made order to pick up for 7pm. Styrofoam container... melted on shrimp in box. Expect to get a great meal for $70. Sent an email and got nothing in return. Usually order Frank's butwon't b anymore Read more
Ordered wings from Frank?s in selkirk when they got delivered it looked like the driver or cook was eating as they went along at... threw half eaten wings some just straight bones in my box. When I called to complain the lady was so rude offered me nothing noteven an apology but another 45 minute wait for new wings. Read more
My boyfriend ordered a pizza to the Selkirk hospital as he is in hospital. Upon ordering on the phone he clearly told the... manager jordan the driver needs to send change for $100 bill , and he is timing going to get pizza before getting his nexttreatment . The driver came and had no knowledge of the $100 bill situation , my boyfriend asked to speak with manager andexplained he could not wait for driver to go get change and come back as nurse was waiting to hook him up for treatment . Themanager ?jordan? was rude and argumentive and offered no other solutions, like someone with good customer service skills would .My boyfriend offered to etransfer . Felt sorry for delivery driver as they were trying to blame the poor guy who had nothing todo with their lack of communication or lack of customer service skills . My boyfriend had no choice but to hand the pizza backand go back up for his treatment . I would think they would have even offered to send driver back to room with correct changebut they did not offer any solutions just plain rudeness . Read more
