Chronically understaffed. The person taking the orders should not be the same person making the drinks. There could be two... customers in front of you and you?ll literally be there 30 minutes waiting for your coffee. On a few occasions they haveactually been out of basic things like regular percolated coffee. I know it?s not a ?real? Starbucks but Safeway really shoulddo a better job. A couple months ago, my friend and I went here for the first time and had a great experience. The worker Maxime ? (i can?t... remember exactly how to spell her name) but she was very friendly. And when there was no more of the drink i had ordered sherecommended a different kind of drink that was similar to the drink i ordered. Read more

Great place to have coffee and meetings

The service was terrible they forgot my food and my drink tasted like water. I could?ve just put water in a cup and it would?ve... tasted the same. I had a blonde girl and she was rude. I do not recommend this place they have rude employees, terrible drinksand bad service. Read more

Good drinks. Long wait times. 5 minutes or more to get a drink. Add 5 minutes for ever person in front of you. They should... consider having more than 1 employee staffed. Read more

Usually the staff here are great. There is a young man who works here who is fantastic. Polite and friendly. Today the woman who... helped me was rude and apathetic and she made my drink too sweet. A contrast from the usual service I have experienced in thepast at this location. Read more
