I placed an order for delivery to our hotel after Louder Than Life on Saturday. My boyfriend & I waited on our pizza for about... 15 minutes & I checked the tracker to see if it was on its way yet out of curiosity. I?m typically not one to leave a badreview, but they had cancelled our order & we had no idea. We were starving because we hadn?t eaten anything since breakfastwhere we were at the festival. The pizza is great don?t get me wrong but this place is unsanitary & customer service sucks. To see the worker fixing the pizza... no gloves rings on, that?s gross. But I guess all fast food is gross right, well customer service also sucks & that?s a big dealfor me, but I noticed that?s a common thing for someone that looks like me in this area. Read more
Called and ordered a pizza around 8:20 and they stated that it would be done in 14-25 minutes. Showed up to the store 20 minutes... later to the doors being locked and the lights being off. Spoke to a women, at 40 minutes of waiting, who was stocking the sodacooler and she was less than helpful on why nothing was being done. An hour later and it still says being prepared. My familyand I both love dominos but this is really making it hard to want to come back. If I could give it zero stars, I would. 0/10would not recommend! Read more
My fiancé and I ordered food from Domino's on August 8, 2022 and let me tell you the service was trash! We waited for 45... minutes on our food to be delivered, incorrectly I may add. When I called the store the "manager" Tyler was very rude and nothelpful, at all. He claimed to be the only one making food because they were short staffed. I suggested that if he made thefood correctly he wouldn't be as busy. Tyler claimed that our remade order would be at our door in 45 minutes. I asked aboutpickup and he said the same amount of time. So I said have it delivered three times. An hour later I called the store to speakwith Tyler again, the worker said he had left and would be back in 20 minutes. Another hour later I called the store again andhe claimed I was coming in to pick up the order. Even though I said three times to have it delivered as I had originally setupour order for. I then asked his name again, just to see what he would say, and he said "none ya" and hung up like a child. Allbecause I requested a refund and asked his name, what a child. So I drove to the store to get this child's name and make sure Iwas getting a full refund. I walk in and asked for the manager, Tyler comes up and I asked him about my refund and what his namewas. He claimed his name was Mike and that the order was refunded. Safe to say I'll be going back tomorrow morning to talk tohis GM about this unprofessional behavior and make sure I'm getting a full refund. I'm not usually one to complain, but whenyou take more than 2 hours to get something right, refuse a refund, and act like a child. Bet I'll be in there to talk to yourmanager and see about my money. Ordered my pizza the other night at 8:30PM and patiently waited for it to arrive after being given a 30 minute delivery time.... Pizza did not show up until 11:30PM and no one was answering the phone. This location is usually amazing but really disappointedme. Get better night crew or pay them more please. Read more
Been delivering to a location for years. 4.4 miles away. Tell me yesterday they can?t deliver after order placed and pizza... ready. For the trash pizza they sell, they at least better deliver to me. Ain?t no one going out of their way for Domino?s. Read more
I ordered online,phone rang 5 mins later, sir we have no delivery driver. Would you like to pick it up,YES IM ON MY WAY. Walk in... door tells me it's 38.00 take out my banking app dominoes pizza 44.68 I'm like you want me to pay 78.00 for pizza I had to comeget???? I said I'm close to my payday I don't have 80.00 For lunch...his lil smart a## says "pay me 38.00 dollars or I'll justthrow it away".
