States everywhere, sign, online, everything that they?re open 24 hours, nothing suggesting otherwise. But they shut off their... signs as we were at the menu board to order in the drive thru & told us that they will not serve anyone else because they closedat 11pm(turned 11pm while waiting). I have no issue with you not serving after you ?close? but would be nice to have somesignage so we didn?t have to wait in line for 30 min for no reason, just make it to the board and watch everything shut off andbe told they?re ?closed? And I also very much understand all the short staffing issues but some type of warning that the hourswere different than everywhere advertised would be nice. Then trying to argue with us after we said ?well that?s kind ofBS? Just decided to drive off instead of listening to the woman working drive through cuss us out. This location has gone downhill over years. It was remodeled and was doing great, then the service and wait times inflated and... now everything is terrible. You can literally go there at 4:30 and wait for 15-30min in the drive through without moving. Whenthey do start taking order, they do not alternate between both drive through lanes, they will double or triple up one one ofthem. If you use the app, you will sometimes wait even longer. If you go inside, you will be lucky if you order is right becausethey are rushing to get the drive through taken care of. If you order anything complex, or with our without anything, you willnot get that order correct. If you complain you will get an attitude, and then a horribly thrown together substitute to replacethe mistakenly put together one. Breakfast sandwiches are overcooked, chicken nuggets undercooked, burgers thrown together in away they fall apart in the bag, fries thrown in sideways, overall, go somewhere else. Oh and complaining to management gets youno where, because this a top down issue, management has been struggling just to keep employees. So complaining about the onesthat stay is like complaining about their children. It is pointless. Read more

Only go to this McDonald?s if you never wanna receive your order. I placed an order through the app and selected curbside. Service is always terrible. TWO long lines of cars behind me, waiting to order, while I was at the pay window. After taking my... money, the order taker immediately picked up her cell phone and left all cars waiting to order. When I got to the food window, Iwatched someone place my bag on a cart by the drive-thru, and it sat there until the window person decided to give it me. Iworked fast food for a long time, several years ago. If the immediate window person wasn't available, I handed it through thewindow, so it would be hot and fresh for the customer, and to keep the line moving. Its called team work. Its just how it issupposed to be. McDonald's just doesn't see it that way. NOPE. Never again will they get the money that I worked for. Read more

Customer informed mgr a table needed cleaned and mgr gave the customer a wet cloth to clean it. No clean tables in the dining... area and for fast food, it took way too long! Lots of workers in the back but no one was helping. Lucky the mgr didn't have meclean my table!!! Read more

After 2 months of not going to this location every time my kids ask, we tried once again to get an order. It took 21 minutes... from the time we got in the Drive-Thru line, which was not long, to actually get one sandwich and a small fry. They tried tomake me pay for my mobile order which had already been paid for. Then we pulled up to the next window to get the food, and eventhough there was no car there, it took them 8 minutes to hand me a bag with a sandwich and small fries. This location has beenunbelievably slow every time we have tried to go there in the last year. When we went two months ago and ordered for five peoplethey got literally every single item we ordered wrong, and took over 30 minutes to get through a line that only had two cars infront of us. The only reason my small order was correct this time it was because I placed it on the mobile app. We definitelywon't be back here. Read more

The wait in line is absolutely absurd! Waiting 30 mins then 20 mins for them to take your order when there's no one even here.... They need to get a routine going and get the employees on the same page. And it's a 2 lane drive through so neither drivethrough was going at a pace! We were both stand still. Now I'll rate the manners of the guy. He was nice and had good manners.Now for the food...the fries were fresh but the nuggets were a tad old and it's 11:22am. Read more
