ordered online and was given a time the pizza would be ready. Showed up and paid, was told it'd be right up in a couple minutes.... I had to sit in the dining room for 45 more minutes (after the initial 45 min time frame it gave me) before I got my order.Staff did not even bother to update anyone who was sitting there (there were abou 4 other guests) in the dining area waiting.Staff had to do role call to find out who was still waiting for pizza. Ordered delivery large pepperoni and sausage pizza and chicken bites. They said it would take 50 minutes but was more like 25... minutes. Pizza was very good, similar to (but not exactly like) pizza king. Did I mention they deliver? Chicken bites had agolden honey mustard sauce that reminded me of God?s chicken and were excellent too. We are a BIG fan of yur pizza amd we will ALWAYS recommend it to ANYONE but tonight was the worst we have EVER and I mean EVER... had for the 1st time we got some breadsticks and you may want to do something different with/to them they are tasteless we gothome amd they forgot to give us the cup of cheese we had ask and paid for and the pizza was burnt but 1 bad experience won'tkeep us from coming back Read more
Local guide level 6 here, with over 15000 views of my reviews. I might have loved their pizza. but now who knows? Called, put on... hold waited 10 minutes, hung up. Called back about a half hour later, to no answer at all. Called back about 10 minutes later tobe out on hold again. Spent an hour calling this place to not ever speak to anyone! They just say Sherrilli's hold please. All Iwanted to do was ask a question about their Wednesday gimmick and couldn't even ask a question let alone order and eat pizza. Ilive about 40 minutes away so needless to say I was not driving down to place an order. I was calling about way out Wednesdaydelivery, to see how it worked. Dudes working here are very friendly... Try the house flavor wings!!!! They are straight money!! The pizza didn't look... anything special but it was cooked perfect, then the crust was thin and crispy, just right on point!!! My kids absolutely lovedthe large soft pretzel with warm cheese.... I?ve only had this once since it has transitioned to new ownership.. and that last time was last night. I eat out almost every... night, and I always like throwing a new place into rotation. I used to eat here once or twice a month when it was ?Sir Dano?s??when it was amazing! The pizza I got last night, I don?t even know how to explain it, they have changed the pizza crust (itdoesn?t taste like fresh dough) and it was like cardboard. The cheese is different as well, it was rubbery.. I love when abusiness doesn?t close and is able to continue on- but don?t change up ingredients for cost effective options- it?s a fast trackto going out of business. I threw away the pizza. I had 3 pieces and couldn?t stomach anymore (and I can eat just aboutanything) Also got the garlic bread and it was just butter with the cheese thrown on top of bread. Didn?t even touch that and itwent in the trash. Maybe they?re working out the kinks, but from other reviews it doesn?t look likely. Do Pizza King or Arni?sif your looking for a square piece pizza. My first time here since Covid hit. Back then it was Sir Danos. The pizza was ok but the dining area and buffet are not... following Covid protocols. Numerous people inside, nobody wearing a mask not even employees, people coughing not coveringtheir mouths plus using the same plate on multiple trips to the buffet including employees of Clarksville Wastewater, there was3 of them wearing the shirts driving city vehicles. People were eating the same old pizza that was out no new was ever broughtout. Terrible experience. I'll never be back. Read more
Terrible pizza! The sauce tasted like pure tomatoe paste. We didn't even finish our pizza, or take the rest with us. Just got up... and left. We will never go back. Read more
