Ordered my double whopper but they put onions on it. Went in to get it right and boy did they get it right!!! EVERY worker at... this location was so polite and helpful. Highlight of going in instead of drive through was the interaction with employees andcustomers. I met a 94 yr old gentleman that could hold his hand straight in front of him and kick his hand!!! Selma Burger King usually gives fresh, hot food but lately I believe they've gotten a new afternoon manager and they've been... slacking on greatness. When my husband and I started using the mobile app and needed help on getting started the managercouldn't help us herself. She said she didn't know how to use the app herself. We finally figured it out, and then she messed upour order. She had to remake our whole order because our food was burnt and the order was incorrect. I don't know her name, butshe's a Caucasian young lady. You can tell she didn't care about satisfying her customers. if I could give 0 stars I would no toilet paper in either restroom stall floors throughout are disgusting with build up from... poor and improper cleaning it took my family of 5 24 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and 3 kid meals sandwiches were soggyand sloppy staff was unfriendly borderline rude play area was in deplorable condition I don't think it has ever been cleaned itwas an overall terrible experience we won't be spending our hard earned money here again Read more
