Restaurant J545001 is basically run by teenagers. There was a female manager doing the majority of the work as if she was afraid... to give orders to the teens. The teens were all using their phones while they prepared meals. No gloves at all. They wereFilling and drinking from the soda machine while customers were there. I mean literally everyone was using their phone with nogloves while preparing meals. The kids were all just standing around and the same female manager was taking orders out to thecars, bagging meals and lots of other duties. U can tell she has little to no control over her staff. Then I waited almosttwenty minutes for two liver dinners. The livers were greasy and horrible. They were clumped and stuck together. My moms wereburnt. We ordered and paid for extra gravy and didn't receive it. The biscuits were hard and undercooked. We rode home stillhungry. Couldn't even eat that horrible meal. Just a disaster. We were headed back home two hours away so there was no way wecould turn back for a refund. Just please send in someone to help get things under control. I visited around 6 p.m. on a Sunday. I assumed the order was correct, drove 30 miles home only to find out the order was completely wrong. Not only that, the chicken... was very greasy. The total order was a complete waste of money. Read more
