The several times that we have ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal they ask what sauce we want but never receive it. Guess... we better all start ordering burgers since they don't know how to put a couple of sauced in the bag, and this has happenedduring lunch shift and dinner shift. Employees could be more customer friendly and know that "Yes or No" is far better than "Huh and Yea". Food is good.
It took 10 minutes to fix 2 icecream cone... when me and my Grandbabies were the only customers in there and there was not a... long line in the drive thru either. Floor was super wet and pure soap. My friend fell, wasn't offered even a bandaid for her open wound. Manager didn't know what... to do. Didn't have a accident report available until I suggested to call his supervisors. When asked for a business call hedidn't have one and wrote his name Mike on our receipt...I had to ask for last name of manager he finally wrote it down. I hadslip proof shoes and almost slipped going to check on my friend. Not one employee offered to help her up...myself and anothercustomer had to help her up..very unprofessional. Service wasn't terrible but the actions after my friend slipped was..Iasked "mike" who taught his employees to mop? He would not answer me. It was way too much soap mixed with not wringing outmop.
