This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and I ordered a large pan stuffed crust with 2 topping ,and my order was thin... crust, cold,dry and look like it had been setting there for a minute so I call the store to ask about my Pizza and she said itcame with a thin crust ,and l have not taste so l hug up the phone. When l taste it the cheese was dry not running being l liveon the same street as Pizza Hut now you know that cheese had to running if they just cooked it. This is the worst Pizza l haveever had. So I called back to complain and they didn't answer the phone,it went to voice mail after 5 rings and there wasn't noone inside the store but the 2 workers no customers, only 2 people in the drive though and l was 1 of them. Pizza hut in Selma Alabama doesn't have a clue what a BBQ Pizza is . I ordered a BBQ Pizza and got a pizza with chicken on it.... Also ordered large pespi cola,received a two liter of pespi and then was given two small cups with the bill. Went to get a colddrink and ice out of fountain machines it was all flat. Customer service is great here. Anita was very friendly and kind. She work overtime to complete and delivered our wrong order.
I looked forward to the new Pizza hut but I have been very disappointed. I have tried it 3 times and it just is not like it use... to be. My favorite is the deep dish and it's not even offered. I was told by someone that the pizzas come pre made and allthey do is heat it up. I can believe it because it just isn't the same. Read more
The facility hasn't been remodeled or updated in the past 20 years but the food is decent. Buffett during lunch slacks on a lot... of food but last time I went they had it full at least. Chances are if you go in here at any general time of day then you'll bethe only one in there. It seems like there's only 3 people that work the whole facility but the two women at the counter werevery hospitable so the service is decent at least. Read more
Let me think of something good to say .. Zzz ... Zzz (20 min pass). Well I can't a friend and I went there for the lunch buffet... at 1:00pm today an hour before it was over. There was no food on the hot or salad bar. When we asked if it would be refilledwe were told should be. There were no clean plates... No clean silverware. The district manager was to busy worried about whatthe independent health inspector was doing to care about customers. I even handed him a dirty plate that came from the saladbar in front of the inspector to make a point. I was one of 10 plus waiting on on food. This is the WORST Pizza Hut / pizzaplace I have ever been in. It was over all dirty inside and out. Understaffed by a staff that was going through the motions anddid not care!!! As if there were pride the district mgr would not have had to chase the inspector!!! Food that did come out waswell blah.. mostly cheese pizza.... They finally took the time to put some lettuce out but did not take the time to refill thecondiments. Calls to corporate went unanswered. Oh well a major disappointing trip and I will probably never go back. Find astick on the side of the road next to a sewer plant and it will be better than this place. Read more
