We've had HORRIBLE experiences with this Popeyes in the past and stopped going. Recently started going back and it has gotten so... much better. Quick service. New friendly staff. And the food has been pretty good too. Read more

Worst experience at a fast food store or restaurant I ever had. The young person at the cashiers desk was completely overwhelmed... and not able to work more than one thing at a time. After ordering I had to watch as our order was simply given to the nextpeople in line and we were simply ignored and told to wait and mind our place. More walkin orders later, after asking, we weretold to watch our attitude while further stalling our order and giving us a really bad vibe and attitude. It went so far thatthe shift manager finally "dealt" with us giving us more attitude and making us wait even longer. Unbelievable! Had to standthere for 10 Minutes watching everyone after us coming in being served in no time! I was really looking forward to my sandwichafter a long car drive but after I was made to feel like I was not worth being served at all, the sandwich just didn't tastegood anymore... Never going back or to a popeyes ever again - rather take our business somewhere else in the future! Read more

This is probably the worst Popeyes that I have been to in the country. For starters, at 9:15pm they were out of sides and tea.... What was ready was old and stale. Got the popcorn shrimp, and most were tails and what wasn't just tail shells was so dried outthat it could hardly be chewed. Don't get to Selma often, but don't foresee making the mistake of going to Popeye's here again. Read more

Didnt have any chicken sandwiches when I went, had to get something else. This has happened twice....Stock up on sandwiches to... account for the demand... Decided to go back Friday (month later) and waited literally 30 minutes to get a sandwich...took myentire lunch break..."pull up sir, well bring it out"...the way has prices is...sitting in my car that long... I won't be goingback to that location...I'm just tired... Read more

Saturday @ suppertime, no spicey/ crispy breast, no spicy chicken fingers. Waited 12 minutes @ pull over waiting space, still... they had to come out and ask what I had ordered...we had received our drinks...when the server came out 3 minutes later withorder, no apologies, just warm lemonade when we got home..not the first time such service had been received at this Popeyes.Pitiful management, but, then again, this is Selma, Al!!! Food was good but service at this location was dismal, went through drive through, told to pull around and ended up walking in... to get food after 15 minutes. For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year eating allsorts of local foods. Read more

Out of chicken sandwiches (per usual) but ordered strips instead. This crusty chunk was counted as one. Only 2 sides to choose... from as well, not what I wanted. I get to my hotel room and I was given no straw for my drink, no napkins and no utensil for mymashed potatoes. I'm rather sure I saw the drive-thru lady skim my card before she charged it too. If I get an unauthorizedcharge on my brand new debit card, I'm gonna raise some hell. Read more

Had Popeyes a few times on my trip to the US. The food was always fast, warm and tasty. The Cajun fries are sooo good! How I... long for Popeyes :( Read more
