Walked in was not greeted, and wasn't until about 30 seconds of standing there in front of the "male" associate as he made a... sandwich. The ABSOLUTE WORST! The store never opens on time. I arrived at 9:10 and waited until 930 and they still had not opened even... though they are suppose to open at 9am. They are constantly out of product and to top it off, they have some of the rude andnastiest attitudes you can imagine. Really is a bad image for Subway. It took 35 minutes to get to the order station. This place needs to be revamped with better help. I will never come back to this... place again. I hope it closes. I will do a campaign to shut it down. This isn't my first or second experience with Selma subway.I'd rather starve than eat food from there. Read more
I came in today 6/1/21 at around 12:30pm and ordered 2 foot longs. As soon as I walked in I could tell their Air conditioning... was not working it was probably about 90 degrees and extremely humid and muggy ... it felt worse inside than it did outside...but the 3 ladies you had working we?re doing an AMAZING job regardless of the AC not working. I gotta give them 5 stars fortheir amazing customer service and still keeping a smile on their face and taking care of all the customers in a timely mannner! But as far as the establishment please get the air going for your workers they deserve it! :) Read more
Went to this Subway for lunch. The employees didn't acknowledge us as we walked in. We stood in line and the two women still... never acknowledged us. They were working on an online/remote order. Never once did they tell us they would be right with us whenthey finished. We asked to use the restroom and they said it was locked due to the pandemic. One girl was touching her hair asshe prepared the food. We left immediately. Read more
