This was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been in. Worker's had friends visiting in the store during their evening shift which... was affecting service and atmosphere. The soda station was filthy. No napkins but found some in our bag of food. We left andate out in our vehicle because of the uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not recommend eating here. Read more
Has to be the grossest Wendy's I've been to. We were from out of town and stopped there thinking it would be clean. Wrong. ... Bathrooms, disgusting. Floors, walls(!), commodes, trash, no soap, etc. Please dont pick your hair then take my order. The"serve yourself" coke machine area was gross, ice spits out then lands on the floor ( no rug/slick area). Lastly, the nuggetswere obviously old, and cold. No pride in this restaurant. It gives Wendy's a bad name, image, reputation. Makes me leery ofvisiting other locations - definitely. Corporate, please make a surprise visit or two to this store and ask if Dave would wantit representing his brand or name. Folks, trust me, keep driving... Read more
If I could give a negative 5 I would! My husband & I went there last night (9/23/22) around 8 p.m the cashier kept his debt card... a little too long. This morning we woke up to 4 notifications that his card had been used for door-dash & Gamestop! The cashier& her friend had either written down his debt card number or taken a pic of it & decided to use his card number. So unless youwant your card info stolen don't use your card at the drive-thru! Read more

The soda area was filthy with an order. Drinks all over that area. The sandwich was kind of cold. I had the Classic bacon... cheese burger comb. Wasn't anything good, including the extra $.45. for the strawberry lemonade.i wanted to go back but I wasdisappointed, hot and had to get home bc I had meats in the car with no.air condition. I guess I have to get their chille. Ihope it still good. Just the weather to hot for chill. Or I may start back eating their pecan with apples salad. I hopethat's still good. Wendy keep the drink area clean. I hate to see the restroom if the drink area is like that. And I've beentheir many times on the inside for drinks. .it is always filled with drink dried or wet and smelling. Manager the place reflexon you. Mc Donald, Burger King try to keep their drink.area clean. And they hv Luke warm burgers not a hot burger. I stoppedeating at the burger places bc the burger during the summer I can get sick quick. My burger have to be cooked well and need tobe hot.. I went to Wendy in hope their burger would be hot abd good. See I actually get their chill or salad. But I rememberedtheir burger once was hot and very tasty. NOT now. Wendy you can do better. Your prices are high but poor quality. I get the biggie bag but lately the chicken sandwich has been less than warm. The cheese isn't even melted and the bacon was... almost non existent. Like they didn't feel like cooking more bacon for the 2 chicken bacon burgers so the split a small pieceinto 2 bits and put them on the burger. The tomatoes and lettuce was fresh though. Read more
Ordered 5 biggie bag BLT, w/ no mayo...I get the sandwich and Mayo is splashed on the side, like they were about to put it on... but stopped, but they should have made another one instead of just giving me that one..then I waited to get it at the window forseveral minutes. Then they had no drinks?? Only diet coke and water...like really? Then only had hot honey and pepper sauce forthe nuggets...I ordered the pepper but don't like either one...they put hot honey on the receipt not what I ordered and didntput any in the bag...like wow...then the cashier (the food serving one) wasnt really Customer friendy just opened thewindow...and said $5.50..no hello, no repeating the order to ensure its correct nothing...handed me my card, the food and closedthe window..thank you, have a nice day...something...that's how you greet customers...especially since they had no drinks orsauce...its fine...FYI to management..you never have just... one... dissatisfied customer...I'll let that marinate...
