Service has taking a downfall, the previous 3 times my food was not fresh , and as of today service was slow in the evening.... Trash all over the floor. Several workers standing around and some walked right past the trash on the floor without bothering to... pick it up. That's when you know they're only goal is the paycheck and could care less what the environment looks like. Read more

We were struggling to find a place to eat and someone suggested Zaxby's. We ended up going in and my uncle decided to order. I... decided to order the Buffalo chicken fingers and fries which were great. It was a nice relaxed place to sit in and was set upnice. The staff and the servers were polite but the biggest thing was how much we enjoyed all of our food. The group also spokehighly of the wings also but def take the time out to try the food. Read more

Double check, triple check your order. I order a house salad. I asked how much chicken was on the salad. Answer from cashier 1... finger. I asked here to check and the answer was 4. So I order double chicken. Check my math 4x2= 8. Right. While waitingfor my order I observed the counter girl looking at my salad as if something was wrong. She questioned the cook and continuedon. When I got my order and opens it it did not look like double "8" chicken fingers. So I went to the counter and asked. Iwas assured it was 8. So I order 4 more chopped and returned to my table.
