If I could give 0 stars I would. The children running this establishment are ridiculous. Absolutely no sense of urgency or... customer service. They?re rude and close the store early. Every time we?re trying to get ice cream for our kiddos their lobby isclosed before 9 when they?re suppose to stay open until 10. Worst baskin robins in the area. Read more
They were so busy, but each employee had a smile on their face!!The customer service was great!!
We go here about 2 times a week. Today we went thru the drive thru. I ordered a banana royal. I pulled away before I saw that it... had no bannas at all barely 1 scoop of ice cream and no hot fudge. Just a cup of whipcream. I turned around and went back, bythe time i got inside the whipcream and half scoop of ice cream was melted. It was 102 outside The woman "Cam". Was very rude,accused me of lying and was arguing with me. She was extremely unprofessional. She even went and asked her co workers what theythought of the missing stuff.
