If I could give 0 stars I would. The children running this establishment are ridiculous. Absolutely no sense of urgency or... customer service. They?re rude and close the store early. Every time we?re trying to get ice cream for our kiddos their lobby isclosed before 9 when they?re suppose to stay open until 10. Worst baskin robins in the area. Read more

We go here about 2 times a week. Today we went thru the drive thru. I ordered a banana royal. I pulled away before I saw that it... had no bannas at all barely 1 scoop of ice cream and no hot fudge. Just a cup of whipcream. I turned around and went back, bythe time i got inside the whipcream and half scoop of ice cream was melted. It was 102 outside The woman "Cam". Was very rude,accused me of lying and was arguing with me. She was extremely unprofessional. She even went and asked her co workers what theythought of the missing stuff. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Baskin Robbin. Went Sunday 7/3/22 and the worker was obviously annoyed she... was there at all. Then we got our ice cream well it was more like melted ice cream. I absolutely couldn't believe we were givenmelted ice cream if I hadn't been in the car I most definitely would have went back for a refund. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. They ladies inside were very friendly and helpful. The servings were generous. Prices aren't... the lowest, but nothing is anymore. We sat inside and enjoyed our ice cream. Read more
This place has gone completely down hill. Got there at 9:20PM (keep in mind they close at 10) The speaker to order is broken and... their menu is completely falling apart. By the time I got to the window it was 10:06 and they told me they are no longer makingdrinks because "technically they are closed." I explained I had been waiting for almost 45 min and she didn't care at all. Afterwaiting in line for almost 45 min I couldn't order a milkshake. I asked her if she was the only employee working and sheproceeded to say they were just so busy and had so much to do, not answering the question.
