Ordered a lettuce wrapped burger for keto reasons. They made me a regular hamburger. Brought it back and looked like I put the... cashier out. I was the only customer at that time. She started to hand the burger to the cook, then sat it down. Cook started tomake me a new one. I saw the cashier was going to throw the wrong burger away. I say don?t throw it away put that patty on mylettuce wrapped one. The cook said too late and the cashier threw the wrong burger away, then finished making my new one andwrapped it in paper. I thought for $15.20 cents for a patty, a slice of cheese, wrapped in lettuce and a large drink, maybe theywould give me the patty they ended up throwing away. Nope, the cook said it was too late she finished wrapping mine in paper andthen the cashier tossed the wrong one. My question is what is too late? She had not wrapped my burger yet. My Mom & I were heading back home to Hanford from visiting family in Madera when I decided I wanted Carl's Jr. for dinner so we... stopped at this Selma location drive thru since it's on the way home. We both got the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger withfried Zucchini on the side instead of fries. Everything was so delicious once we got home to eat. I didn't even finish all mycheeseburger it was so thick & yummy.???? The cashier at the drive thru was friendly too.???? I will definitely eat at thisfacility again when I'm passing thru. Read more
This has to be the best Carl's Jr. in existence. The owner and staff are always polite and the food is always made to the... highest standard. The inside seating area is spacious and clean. Think Los Pollos Hermanos but burgers. Read more
When I'm paying $25 for a meal (regular size) and one sandwich, I think they would put a little effort into preparing the food.... We were served cold food with one chicken in a sandwich looking like someone took a mallet and beat this tiny piece of chickenflat as a pancake! This is by far the worst meal I've had from Carl's Jr. I dont know why all Selma fast food places are so bad.Lack of care I suppose... Read more
Only eat here once every 3 months mainly cuz they have gotten sloppy but I was craving fried zucchini so I ordered through Door... dash cuz my work is far from town. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich fried zucchini and a oreo milkshake, didn't get the shakeand the lettuce in my sandwichs was brown. Very nasty. Now I know why I don't eat here. Lesson learned. I am editing my review because my recent visits were way less than acceptable for a fast food restaurant. At 12:40am I went... through the drive through and was told they were ?changing over the register.? And it would be 45 minutes before I could order.Okay fair... then later that morning at 4:10am-ish, I went by again and same deal, they were once again ?Changing the register?and it would be 45 minutes before they could take my order. I?m gonna go out on a limb and say that was a lie and they justdidn?t want to help me and most likely every other customer that went by that morning. Second experience, I went by yesterdayand ordered 2 large fries, chicken stars and 2 shakes... both large fries came very carelessly filled as shown in the picture. Icould almost fit both trays of fries in one holder. The amount of sloppy work, negligence to the customer, and lack of caringabout the quality of customer experience is way too excessive. This is the only Carl?s Jr. location that I?ve been to that hasever had this issue. Every other location has had great service, smiling employees, and great food. I am usually pretty happy with the service and burger from this carls. I got the crispy tacos which had an aftertaste, probably... will stick to the burger next time. Read more
