Very disappointed. Saw several people make their orders after mine. Waited an hour, and received my pepperoni, smoked ham and... mushroom. pizza as a hot and ready with the last two ingredients just thrown in and not baked with the pizza. Uncooked mushroomsobviously. Not returning. Ever. Read more

This store has good customer service and they get their pizzas right 8/10 times. Since 2018 this is only my third "issue" with... them. I always order through the app or call otherwise waiting would be an issue. When I first moved to Selma in 2018 I had toget used to longer than I want, waits. Their stuff crust tends to be undercooked. These pictures are 30 minutes after ustrying to bake it. We baked it for 10 minutes at a time hoping not to burn it. Third time was not a charm. The heat wasn'thigh enough, but normally it doesn't take us more than 375 in the oven for 10 minutes, same in the convection. Half of it wedid in the oven and the other half in the convection. I didn't get an original before pic because I didn't anticipate an issue. This time it was so doughy we couldn't get it right. I took it back and they remade it and comped a soda at my insistence. Picked up my pizza around 7:20. Returned it around 8:20. Received my redo close to 9. It took so long between us trying to fixthe issue ourselves and the store fixing it the by the time I got the pizza home just after 9, the kids tore into it so ididn't get a pic of the redo. ***I cut it into smaller pieces not them. They had us and a couple others order and wait outside for fresh pizza but when the pizzas came out, the employees served people... who had just gotten there while we had waited for over 15 minutes, my boyfriend had to hop back in line to make sure we got ourhot n' ready. We ordered a meal deal overall but just left without our complete order because we knew we wouldn't get thebreadsticks anytime soon. The employees were unorganized but friendly. Read more
They always take forever to get your order out. Ordered a pizza through the phone and came 15 minutes late for it because its... happened before and it still wasn't ready. 15 more minutes later they tell me its almost done and it took long because theymessed it up. I take it home and the Supreme pizza didn't have a good portion of all ingredients. It was supposed to be halfsupreme half Hawaiian and I had a slice that was just pepperoni and 3 slices supreme look like they just threw a handful of allingredients and didn't bother to spread them out and evenly. The pizza was so think with so much sauce that you couldn't hold upa slice without it falling apart and all ingredients came off. Had a small layer of cheese that just slid off because of all thesauce and thin dough. Read more
Placed my order at around 3:40pm today and arrived close to 4:10. Order wasn?t ready yet, which is fine. Notified the employee... that I was picking up my online order, and she came back a few minutes later with my order. Upon arriving home I notice my largepizza has two slices that are completely folded over as if it was thrown into the box. If I had known it would turn out likethis I would?ve told them to take their time. Read more
Pretty good customer service. Used online ordering and my order was ready about 5 minutes early which was perfect. After work on... a Thursday, so they were very busy but the young man working the counter was fast and kept a pleasant attitude. They just needto find a way to make there waiting area less cramped. Maybe fit the sodas behind the counter somehow? Read more
