I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. I was really looking forward to the boneless wings with their bomb bbq sauce and they... were so hard. I mean like unedibly hard, I felt like my daughter wasted her money. & I know they are short staffed but come onit only takes five minutes to have someone go & clean tables. Read more
They told me it takes 2 hours for delivery or 45 minutes for pick up when I called from down the street, then walk in 3 minutes... later it changed to 20 minutes for waiting. Always put on hold with rude staff. Read more
i would rate 0 stars if i could. very dirty they don?t wipe down their tables and chairs often its very unsanitary to eat in... there, i even received pizza with a hair on it TWICE. too sick and tired to put up with that any longer. also management needssome work, very rude and unprofessional. no type of customer service whatsoever. you will not find me there again. Worst experience I?ve ever had ordering a pizza! Ordered it online and went to pick it, mind you it?s a bit of a drive to go get... for me. I get home and start to bite in to the pizza and notice it?s really cold and it tastes a bit odd, realizing it?s veryundercooked. The pepperoni even being cold and not looking done as well as the mushrooms. I call to complain and get put on holdinstantly, then ask to speak to a manger get put on hold again. Finally, a women comes to the phone and is rude in her tone ofvoice when I begin telling her the issue. She initially asks if I will bring the pizza all the way back to the store and theywill make another. I get frustrated because first I don?t want it anymore because of how awful it tasted and second I?m notwasting more of my gas to drive out to Selma. They offer to deliver but I?ve already asked for a refund multiple times andrefused the other pizza plus they don?t deliver to my location anyway. They say they will come out for the uncooked pizza andthen give me my refund. I give them my address and after being put on hold a dozen times she finally says we will just give youyour refund. Then I proceed to ask when it?ll be refunded to my card and she says she isn?t sure may be 2 to 3 business days soI ask if I doesn?t show up do I call back. She reply?s you can. Second bad experience, Ordered sausage and black olive, got sausage and pineapple! I hate pineapple!! Called them, they were... VERY sorry and would have a new one sent right out 2 hours later still no pizza. Called back, supposedly it is there waiting fora driver to deliver it! This is not acceptable, we are done!! This little deal cost me 30 bucks with my tip! And now I?m notwaiting any longer, taking wife out to eat! The driver can have it! That is if they we were not lied to!! First time eating at this Selma location on our way o north 99 very satisfied great customer service pizza was fresh boneless... wing were better then any other wing place highly recommend. Easy off and easy on to the 99 Read more
Food was delicious. Don't like beer so I didn't use the self serve beer taps.
