Our food was excellent! Our waitress was very nice ! My blood is boiling because of the way I saw the manager treat our... waitress! People came in the door to be seated and at that time an elderly disabled man with a walker was trying to go out thedouble doors. The manager Jessica came to the waitress after she finished helping the man out and began to belittle her for notseating the new customers first! We were seated at the back and Could clearly see and hear what the manager Jessica did! The newcustomers were not in a hurry. The manager Jessica should have seated the new customers. We have been coming to this restaurant regularly (about once a month) at different times on different days (mostly weekends)... for years (minus pandemic closings). This was by far the best experience we have had ever. Seated and served promptly. The foodwas well prepared and fresh. The restaurant was neat despite the crowd, bathroom clean. Monique S is one of the best serversI've ever had the pleasure to dine with. She was courteous, friendly, professional, attentive but not too much so that itdisturbed our meal, and she even anticipated our needs such as extra napkins, refills, etc. I don't get to say this often butour experience was perfect. We were seated after 40 minutes of waiting, but I get it, they are busy with only a few servers. The problem lies in when our... order was taken. Two larger parties that arrived after us and seated after us, had their orders taken before us. We stillhaven?t received our food, and they are half done with their meal. The two of us ordered simple breakfast platters. Nothingdifficult. No substitutions. Oh, and now another party seated after us are getting their food too, and she has just ignored ussince taking our order. The shake machines are never working or we are told that by staff which informs us they are super busy but I don?t see what they... meant. And the shakes are HARD to mix?? I took the picture to show what she meant by her being super busy because I reallydon?t know what she was meaning by this so I don?t know if anybody could explain that to me please. It doesn?t matter what timewe show up we cannot get a shake so we are left with the simple of coffee. YUMMY!!! I ordered the pancakes displayed on the flyer, but what I received was horrible. I still paid and even tipped the waiter because... I?m not a scumbag. Why did the waiter bring this to my table? The sever Leisha Q was a 5 star and the only reason I give this place a star at all. It is Veterans Day and not one person even... acknowledged it even though I was wearing a Desert Storm Veteran hat. That's fine but the hostess sat me at a dirty table withfood on it from some other people. The omelet was cooked great not enough ingredients but tasted great. À manager came out andoffered to cook the pancakes again from as far away as she could be. I DECLINED and she walked away. I paid for my meal andtold the manager about it and he just directed me to the sign with the scan code.
