If there Is anything I hate about Dunkin? Donuts is the lack of variety and munchkins when you need them this is my eighth... trip To this facility in Selma and they never have munchkins glazed or powdered and like three variety of pastries that?s aboutit Dunkin? Donuts you?re dropping the ball your dropping the canon you dropping everything right here. I like Dunkin?. I was traveling and I stopped by to buy some donuts for my kids. They only had a couple of three different kinds... left and all three of them were in the wrong spot with wrong labels. The store was unclean and unorganized. Very disappointing. Read more

Customer service was terrible. I asked for a hot latte. When I got it, it was cold & half empty & I got a small so imagine how... much was really in the cup. I asked the lady If she could add more almond milk & make it over because it was cold. Shecompletely disregarded that I said it was cold & told me I had to pay additional for another expresso shot which is not what Iasked for. After going back & for about it because she didn?t seem to comprehend what hot is vs cold. I just went to the gasstation & warmed my latte in the microwave. Worse Dunkin? I am done with this place! Third time I ordered for my business with missing half the order, missing egg off of every sandwich... that I ordered for the entire staff, no coffee! Then I call and it goes to a voicemail not set up yet. I?m not in to leaving badreviews but people need to know this place is awful! Read more
The drive through in the back sort of boxes you in with the curbs, so once you enter there is no way out but forward ???? but... the coffee and the bagel was fast and tasty, so service was really good. Very much worth a pit stop! Read more
Line took forever, then when I got up to the front was greeted coldly by a younger girl, who gave me the wrong sized coffee. I... asked her for the large, which I had paid for, and she grabbed her purse, clocked out and left while I was still waiting in thedrive through window. Another guy came up and asked me what I was waiting for and handed me yet another wrong sized coffee.Never experienced such incompetence from a DD before. Read more
