$10 bucks down the drained. Customer service is trash. Food looks old don?t waste ya time or money. The chick at the drive thru... don?t say nothing to u just stare at you and wait for you to initiate the transaction. Not so happy with this place. It's always just wrong. I always give this place hope because it's close to home. But I guess... this is the last draw. I brought food for lunch not long after it opened, and the chicken is old and so dry. It's just pricesof hollow crisp. No cheese for the MAC & CHEESE... Lost the post I had started. Will try to shorten. This is nearest KFC to me which is not a quick pick up. Always tell them for... this reason request fresh hot chicken. Last 2 times not so. Get home, dark and not so fresh. Called both times last time gethung up on since I won't taking the time to take back. Was even told first time 'well if you want hot fresh chicken" & was thentold what location to tell the server to get it from. Well that did not work!Isn't everyone entitled to fresh hot chicken andjust because it is takeout does it mean "give them the old stuff ". If I pay for fresh hot chicken that is what I want. Terrible chicken. Chicken looked mangled and dry. We thought the chicken tasted funny but ate it anyways cause we were so... hungry. Soon after hubby and I were throwing up and we think that we had food poisoning. Never again at this location . I usedto work at a KFC and the standards for food were a lot higher than here. Read more
