Every time I go to this McDonald?s I end up with old unsweet tea still french fries and it?s just unbelievable if you?re going... to be open for 24 hours or however long you?re going to be open please make fresh tea and fresh fries nobody once still unsweettea or still french fries and every time I don?t I don?t know why I keep going back or my daughter goes back it?s just closer tomy house on her way home from work!!!! Went through the drive thru to order something for my granddaughter. First, two cars in front of me placed an additional or... changed order at the pickup window (saw each driver hand their credit card to the person at the window). Had to wait for thoseorders to be filled. We were in line about 20 minutes. When we finally get to the window, our order was already prepared. Imentioned that the fries might be cold, they were but was told we would have to wait (again) for more fries. Going back toMcDonald's in Smithfield from now own. You can also never get ice cream in Selma...their machine is always broken. Read more
Stopped to this location on the way home from work. After placing my order a young lady (I will not disclose her name) walked in... from outside, handed the night manager/lead his cigarettes after taking my order..and processed to the food line to start makingorders. NEVER once did he or she wash their hands. He dealt with money and she came from outside!! Another customer saw this tooand he was the first to bring it to the staffs attention. They ignored him UNTIL I walked up and yelled "If she is fixing myorder, I want my money back!" At this point they convinced her to just go wash her hands to satisfy us who saw her come in thelobby door. The male made my food instead. I requested names and will NEVER eat from this location again. Very unsanitary nightshift crew! I was tempted to call health services regarding this so cameras could be ran! Very clean. Husband & I stopped in during a trip thru this town - Selma, NC. Right off 95. Very nice employees & everyone... smiling, very clean floors. Chicken nuggets were cooked perfect. Tables also nice & clean. You can tell employees have pride intheir work. I read other reviews, and I respect all opinions, I will say that we did not feel any racism or anything like that,it was all nice folks and people from all different ethnic backgrounds in there at same time, no problem at all from ourexperience today Read more
The place was absolutely packed. When I try to go to the counter in which no customers were actually at nor was there employees... behind the counter by the time I got the attention of an employee to take our order, she then instructed me I had to place myorder through the kiosk, I then explained to her I had a special order which was a very small one just something that I triedfirst on the kiosk but it didn't offer me the selection I wanted (just Big Mac sauce on two of the chicken sandwiches)I let herknow I had to order with her because of that, she then took my order and instead of giving me the Big Mac sauce on thesandwiches she charged me for extra mayonnaise on them and extra shredded lettuce, they even more irritating part was on thekiosk there was an option for both of those, just not an option for Big Mac sauce. Meat in burgers tasted like they had been cooked hours before, not fresh nor hot. Cheese would not even melt. First time at this... location and disappointed with quality of food prepared and given to us. Read more
