Food is great. Service mediocre at best. Feels like you are rushed theough the drive-thru for no reason, espically when there... are no other cars behind you(?) Saw a person driving around and around the bldg teying to find out where to pick up his food at,since they didnt give it to him at the window and they werent clear about where he needed to park. They put my kids meal burgerin the regular bag and my burger deluxe in the kids meal box...smh. Thinking I sld chg my rating to a 1, but im trying to benice:( Read more
My family and I were traveling so we decided to stop for something quick. There?s 4 of us so it was a moderately sized order. We... got 2 combos, a biggie bag and a single cheese by itself. We got shorted a fry and weren?t given any napkins, but everythingelse was correct. I ordered a strawberry lemonade with my combo. I work at Wendy?s myself so when I was handed my lemonade andit had what looked like syrup on the bottom and the side of the cup, I automatically thought it was a Sunburst Melon lemonadeand not a Strawberry. It was also dark in my car so the lighting didn?t help either. But because we weren?t sure, my Dad askedthe employee to verify that it was Strawberry because I thought it didn?t look like it. He had asked the employee nicely but shegave him attitude and coldly said ?yeah that?s strawberry?. At the end of the day, it ended up being strawberry so I was wrong,but it didn?t look like it and we just wanted to make sure that it was the right lemonade. Place seemed pretty clean and well stocked. Service was friendly. Cashier may have been new because the way he rang up the order... we ended up being overcharged and he had to go back and correct it. It all got worked out. The food was good and packed neatly.Wasn't busy inside at all when we went. The drive-thru seemed to have a steady flow but there also wasn't a line there. The lobby was closed so the person taking the rubbish out told us to go thru the drive thru as walkers since I couldn't get my... trailer under the overhang. We waited our turn in line about 5 minutes. When we tried to order they refused to take our orderand they refused to give us a reason for refusing to take our order. Needless to say this will be the last time I will time Iwill stop at Wendy's. Read more
Been craving a frosty. Ordered one chocolate and one vanilla. Got two chocolate in drive through. Had to go inside only to be... given another chocolate. Finally got my vanilla but the fry?s were under cooked. Gave up. Brought food home for thedogs. UPDATE!!! 12/5/21 Wanted to try Wendy?s ? guaranteed crispy fries? well, they were not. They were warm but not fresh andcrispy. Same old fry?s. Ordered 2 singles with cheese, 1 large fry and large coke. Cost almost $16.00 I know people want to makemore than a small minimum wage. But fast food jobs are usually for part-time jobs for kids in school or retirees for some extramoney. I don?t think they were intended as a ?career?. We had two meal combos in McDonald?s the other day price tag $20 We cansit down in a small local mom and pop dinner served food by a waitress for less than that plus tip. I?m not gonna be that kindof money for warmed over food handed to me in a bag through a window. Really don?t know how fast food places are going to stayin business and people like us realize we can eat healthier for less and not have to sit in our cars to do it. Yes I guess wecould I went back in and asked for fresh fries as a guarantee states. But we all know what happens to people food when you sendit back.
