Bad service. I walked in this afternoon for lunch. The cashier, a mid-aged bald man walked away as I was walking towards the... cash register. He proceeded to talk to the male customer that he had just checked out. I waited. I wasn?t acknowledged. He justacted like I wasn?t standing there. I guess I was supposed to wait for him to finish talking about how busy the store wasyesterday. My son and I left. Every customer should be acknowledged. A simple, ?Hi, I?ll be right with you?. I am a woman and Iam familiar with the culture. I will never go to that Charley?s again. I can go to FM 78, Randolph AFB, Rolling Oaks Mall?thelist goes on. Do better Mr. Cashier. It my husband and I's first time. The service was great, the food actually tasted pretty awesome but I was disappointed that our... food was wrong. We ordered it to go and both ordered large jalapeno fries, neither had jalapenos. I asked for light mayo butinstead got no mayo but also no tomato and lettuce on my 3 cheese bacon sandwich. Horrible. I was taking a chance on this place too. I thought I misspoke at first and didn?t ask for the regular toppings. It... came with just cheese on my sandwich. I wanted the regular items. But nothing was put in it. The sandwich was somewhatforgivable. Until I got to what is called large fries. I didn?t know I was getting a few Under cooked fries that would tastehorrible.
