Had to change my review from one star to three. The manager went out of her way to make this right, and I very much appreciate... that. She even brought the finished burger out personally to ensure it had been made correctly. So, although the initialexperience was bad, manager went out of her way to see we were taken care of. For me, good customer service and making acustomer feel valued is much more important than the food itself. Initial review and photo from experience below - Told server"I literally want a bacon burger - just bacon, meat, and bun. I was given a burger with cheese. Sent it back to be remade. Whenthe server brought the burger back, it had been torn up from the cheese being SCRAPED OFF! Manager is remaking and taking it offbill, but I'm shocked this even happened to begin with. Read more

Been coming to this Chili?s for years. The quality has really dropped. First the cut back on size and taste with the lava cake,... now the cookie cake is full of vegetable oil and burnt on top. The manager was brilliant to come out to say ?it?s always goingto come out like this? Chilis, the more elegant version of McDonald?s and staff. Read more
Minor complaints before ordering but food was good. Rice was a bit greasy and a little bland. A touch of salt helped and skipped... the bottom of the bowl where the grease settled. Everything else was delicious. Definitely recommend ribs and the sirloinsteak. Whoever was on grill cooked it just right. Would go back to this location. Read more
I went in about 12:15 for lunch. There was no wait. The restaurant was not too crowded at all. I was greeted by the hostess,... seated, then shortly thereafter my waitress came along. She provided excellent service! We had the two for $25 dinner special.Yes dinner for lunch. ???? Pictured are the half rack of ribs, honey chipotle flavor, mashed potatoes and gravy, and I paid adollar extra for the asparagus. The food was cooked perfectly, I had no complaints. The special comes with dessert, but we wereso full so we ended up just bringing it home. Drinks are not included in the $25 special. PS: The ENDLESS chips and salsa are soaddicting. Read more
It was me and my twin sisters birthday yesterday and all we wanted was chili's! The only thing was when we walked in at 9:15pm... the girl that sat us, well she asked someone else right in front of us if "they had time to serve us" not appropriate. Howevereverything was fresh and our server saved the day by doing so awesome! Her name was Sky I believe she had glasses and a greatsmile! She remembered everything we asked for and we loved her so much we tipped her electronically and even gave her a cash tipon the table! We loved that even though we where the very last people there Sky treated us like her first customers of the day!Thank you sky! Read more
