Little disappointed in the hook and ladder sandwich after picking it up and taking it back home to eat. I ordered two medium... Hook and Ladders and I asked the employee to remove the mayonnaise off of one the sandwich and add extra mustard , she wasconfused and I don?t think she was listening after she mentioned both sandwiches and I mentioned again no and had to repeated itagain. So anyway got to biting into my sandwich and it was dry and the other sandwich was dry like nothing was put on it , ughso disappointed because this is always my favorite sandwich to purchase. This was my first visit to this location, and hopefullythey can improve they way they add condiments to there sandwich, because nobody wants a dried out sandwich. Read more

This place is awesome. The subs are super yummy. Son autistic son loves their pickles and as recently been asking for them after... school. He goes in and they are always so sweet and give him pickles. It really brings a smile to my heart the kindness ofothers. Visited recently for dinner, purchased a sub combo. Food came out quick, was fresh and hot. Everything had good flavor. I even... made a change to my order (added 3 toppings) after it was placed and they got it right. Will definitely return again. They arequick, and get orders correct, something other places cant seemingly accomplish. Read more
I havent eaten here before that I can remember, But OMG I have been missing out. This place has one of the best Sandwiches and... Subs I have ever seen. I had a Pepperoni Pizza Meatball sub and my wife had a smoke house beef and cheddar brisket. These aredefinitely worth the money. Also the Gentleman Mac was super friendly and has a really nice attitude. If you ever make it out tothis store make sure to see Mac. Read more
