When the food is good, it's really good. Lately it's gone down hill fast. The service we had today was awful. The guy was rude... and didn't even tend to our table. We had empty drinks most of the time and he couldn't be bothered to give us refills. I don'tknow what's going on with their A/C either. It's ALWAYS hot, stuffy, and muggy in there. For the last at least 2 years it's beenthis way at all Ghengis locations I've been to. Not sure we will be back since it's really taken a nose dive. Read more

One of us did the build your own. The other ordered one of the signature bowls. Both were really delicious. Good amount of food... for the price. It's kid friendly, has the ability to make your food vegetarian, parking is plentiful. Read more
I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt several times through out the past couple of years. This place used to... be great and my husband LOVED the food here. Unfortunately it has declined since 2019. Cutting corners to try to stay afloat hasbeen damaging to this restaurant. Huge fan blowing as if we are eating in a garage and even with that it?s so stale and clammyin there. I had to pick the shrimp out of my dish. The shrimp was just horrible, tasted as if it was going bad or just sittingin a moldy refrigerator. The noodles tasted a week old, very gooey. The smell of something rotting by the restrooms isdisgusting ????. The cook looks miserable. I really hate to give this type of review but customers beware of what you arewalking into. Thought it would be a unique and fun place to take my son for his birthday. Walked in and there was an uncomfortable silence (... not even back ground music playing), it had the odor of stale water, they had chairs and boxes stacked around the restaurant.The food was okay but definitely not worth coming back for which is a huge disappoint. We were greeted nicely when we walked into the restaurant. However the food was cooked on an unclean grill and we had to send it... back due to it being uncooked. The cooks were busy talking and not paying attention to the food. Our server did her best to tryand help the situation, but the food was still uncooked the second time. Horrible. Very unhappy customers. This place hasregressed since our last visit here. The restaurant needs cooks who know what they are doing and how to properly clean thegrill. Skip this restaurant. I'm going to start off by saying it's way too expensive for what you get. Then the tacky industrial fans blowing right next to... you are great if you don't want to listen to your wife. This was our first time here and they didn't explain anything. When Igot the sauce they said put it in the cups, not your bowl like we have done at other restaurants. I assumed I was taking themback to the table to put on the bowl after it was cooked. Nope, they put all 4 sauces on when it was cooking and made my $17dollar bowl non edible. Luckily I'm fat and powered through half of it before I couldn't take the horrible flavor. I can saythat if money isn't an issue for a chicken bowl and you know what your doing, the flavor of one sauce is good and worth tryingthis place out. Read more
Worst Genghis Grill in the city of SA. I?ve had multiple issues with this place in the past as far as service goes. They?re... just not customer oriented. My family went in at 7:40 on a Wednesday and the staff was cleaning and totally ignored us. Itlooked like they were closing the restaurant down even though there were customers eating. I pulled my phone out and have pooreyesight so was thinking I read something wrong. Google said they were open until 9. We finally left and were deciding where togo instead and the manager accused me of taking a picture of him?. Why would I need a picture of him?!? So odd of a question. Another restaurant defeated by the pandemic and labor shortages as is evident of the lack of communication, attitude, and poorcustomer service.
