Two IHOPs are conveniently located near us. We decided to come to the one in the Forum. What brought us to IHOP was their... Newspaper ad offering their 2 + 2 + 2 Special. Two Eggs. 2 Bacons/Sausages. 2 Pancakes for $5.00. Two coffees were more thanthe meal. Like most restaurants IHOP seems to be understaffed. Other employees doubling down to pick up slack to receiveand sit customers. Our waitress by choice was wearing a mask for Covid protection Masks are not conducive to goodcommunications. Waitress was friendly and delivered our two food specials as ordered. Our tab came to $17.95 before tip. Nice IHOP has a bench in front of building & a waiting area for seating. My kids love IHOP. My daughter and I went because that's what she chose. Place was packed but the wait wasn't too bad at all.... The food was hot and fresh and our waitress was sweet and thoughtful. We enjoyed our visit and I'm sure we'll be back. Read more
We had the sweetest waitress. Came in at 3 am and it was really cold. Waitress brought me a hot chocolate and loaned me a... sweater. Took such amazing, kind care of us we left her a $20 tip. Food was very good. Spicy poblano omelet was huge and filledthe plate - exceptional value for hubby. We had a great experience - this is what we love about IHOP when we can find it - greatatmosphere, excellent service and food, and a relaxing time to unwind, enjoy a meal and great conversation. Not busy at all Sunday morning. Floors disgusting. Entry to restaurant disgusting. Windows disgusting. Absolutely needs a... cleaning. Food came out hot thank goodness. Only thing decent out our visit. You don't want to touch anything in this placebecause it's so nasty. Won't be back until it's cleaned. Makes you wonder how the kitchen is. Yuck! Read more

Food and service is awesome. Seems the focus of appearance is the entrance and seating area, in the meantime the bathrooms DONT... FLUSH properly, leaving a mess for the next person! The bathrooms should be part of the customer experience and protectingcustomers from further spread of disease. PLEASE FIX YOUR BATHROOMS. Read more
No napkins, no water refills, first plate looked like it had blood on it, side salad was horrible. Had to grab paper towels from... the waitress station myself. Tables and floor around us were all dirty. Workers walking around not doing anything but gossiping.I will never return. Read more
We were met with a warm welcome. Service was quick, meal presentation was ok, granted this is IHOP, not a local craft... restaurant, restaurant and bathroom was clean, but the 2 star deduction was the music being blasted by the kitchen and servingstaff. Music was not reflective of clientele nor appropriate to be played in a family style restaurant. Do better! Read more
